This role involves running a wide variety of fishing and re-entry equipment, while proactively advising clients during open-hole and cased-hole fishing operations, workovers, slot recoveries, and abandonment projects. This is a senior level job for experienced Field Specialists, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to support decision-making during ongoing operations in often dynamic and fast-changing environments. The Fishing Tool Supervisor plays a crucial role in executing field operations in accordance with operational plans and ensuring deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations.
