<p>The UH-60 aircraft mechanic AM-I (UH-60) troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.<br>
Remove and install aircraft subsystem assemblies and components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components.<br>
Service and lubricate aircraft and subsystems.<br>
Safely prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks and services.<br>
Perform scheduled inspections and assist in performing special inspections.<br>
Perform limited maintenance operational checks and diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft systems using special tools and test equipment as required.<br>
Use and perform operator maintenance on tools, special tools and aircraft ground support equipment.<br>
Apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as aircraft technical manuals, maintenance information and action messages and all technical guidance provided through government official representatives.<br>
Maintain and repair aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.<br>
Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and use required expertise in restoring equipment condition and/or operation.<br>
Participate in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required.<br>

<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>A valid up-to-date FAA A&P certificate is preferred.</li>
<li>If no FAA A&P certificate, candidate must have three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, with a minimum of two (2) years on the assigned UH-60 mission design series (MDS).</li>
<li>All experience must be within the six (6) most recent years.</li>
<li>Must be in possession of a U.S. passport with a minimum of two plus years validity and be able to travel internationally.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain facility public trust NAC-I. Note: US citizenship is required for facility public trust NAC-I at this work location.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass the CENTCOM medical requirement to deploy.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain Kuwait visa.</li>

<p>The Aircraft Mechanic III performs the full range of military tactical aircraft maintenance and maintains repairs and modifies aircraft structures and structural components of complex to extreme difficulty. Maintain and repair aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components. Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies technical expertise in restoring equipment condition and operation. Apply professional technical expertise and guidance to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals. Make entries in aircraft logs and records, and responsible for providing guidance and technical expertise to lower level technicians throughout all aircraft modifications and/or maintenance efforts. Plan, conduct, and supervise aircraft technical inspections. Compute basic weight and balance records. Participate in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required. Ensure compliance with aircraft configuration control, Army oil analysis Program and test measuring diagnostic equipment calibration. Provide lower level technicians guidance in aircraft repair and technical inspection techniques and procedures according to directives, technical manuals, work standards and operational policies. Prepare evaluations, special reports, and records pertaining to aircraft maintenance repair and related activities. <li>Proficiency with Opera property management system or related hotel management software.</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple front office operations simultaneously.</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic for effective guest and staff interaction.</li>

<p>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring an inviting first impression. Assist guests with luggage handling to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas. Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel facilities, features, and amenities. Offer knowledgeable information about hotel services and local attractions. Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and private cars. Handle guest packages and deliveries securely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk areas. Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs to provide seamless service. Work closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Adhere to safety and security procedures in handling guest belongings.
