<li><strong>Coordinate maintenance activities:</strong> Liaise with the accommodation Maintenance team to organize, follow up, and monitor maintenance works, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and with minimum disruption to team members.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinate suppliers and purchase orders:</strong> Communicate with suppliers and service providers, coordinate required services and materials, and raise or follow up on purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.</li>
<li><strong>Monitor team member transportation:</strong> Monitor the daily bus schedules between the Team Member Accommodation and the hotel, coordinate with the transportation company and drivers, and ensure that transportation services are provided safely, reliably, and according to the agreed schedule.</li>
<li><strong>Support team member welfare:</strong> Organize and monitor the accommodation environment, respond to team member concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to improve their comfort, safety, and overall living experience.</li>
<li><strong>Conduct regular accommodation inspections:</strong> Carry out routine inspections of rooms, common areas, facilities, and accommodation services to identify cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or operational concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.</li>

• Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.<br>
• Maintaining the security of confidential documents.<br>
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.<br>

<br><br>Candidate Requirements <br><p>• A bachelor's degree in business administration or record management.<br>
• 2 years experience in document management, archive management, or records management.<br>
• Knowledge of document management systems like Sharepoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, Rubex.<br>
• Proficiency in document capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Xerox DocuShare.<br>
• An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.<br>
• Top-class typing and report writing skills.<br>
• Detail-focused document organizing abilities.<br>
• Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.<br>
• Able to proactively manage database changes using software management systems.<br>
• Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.<br>
