<p>Job Summary</p><p>The Body Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the dealership's body shop, ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with manufacturer (OEM) and insurance standards.
