These services facilitate essential aircraft arrivals and departures services for United States and Coalition Forces. <h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at an assigned location within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR). Reporting directly to the Lead Site Manager, the Site Manager ensures aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives.</p>
<p>This position provides leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities, while overseeing all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations. The Site Manager is accountable for maintaining operational continuity, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and delivering consistent performance in a high-tempo, 24/7/365 austere environment.</p>
<h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4>

<li>Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards, FOD prevention programs, and tool control procedures at all times.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements; provide documentation, reporting, and support to all compliance programs.</li>
<li>Provide daily oversight of TAS operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities to ensure PWS performance objectives are met.</li>

<li>Oversee execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.</li>
<li>Monitor performance trends, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions to sustain mission readiness.</li>
<li>Maintain effective coordination with Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, Airfield Management, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), and other mission partners).</li>
<li>Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and records management, including staffing reports, performance metrics, and operational deliverables.</li>
<li>Manage on-site equipment, vehicles, and operational resources; coordinate maintenance, accountability, and logistical support as required.</li>
<li>Produce required operational deliverables and reports (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Support transition, mobilization, and demobilization activities as required to maintain continuity of operations.</li>
<li>Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple competing requirements in an austere environment while maintaining mission focus and operational efficiency.</li>

<h4>Basic qualifications</h4>

<p><h4>Description</h4>
<p>The WADPM shall develop, revise, and maintain an airfield driving program to ensure the safe operations of vehicles, aircraft, and pedestrian movement on and around the airfield environment in accordance with DAFI 13-213, Airfield Driving. The WADPM shall solicit help from base senior leadership and other various base support agencies to ensure the program is effectively implemented and managed. The WADPM shall provide all initial and recurring airfield drivers’ training for all unit level Airfield Driving Program Managers (ADPMs) and all airfield drivers. The WADPM will ensure reporting of Controlled Movement Area Violations and other significant events in Amentum’s MIS system, to appropriate Wing leadership, and as required in DAFMAN 13-204 and DAFI 13-213. The WADPM will conduct spot checks to enforce and monitor compliance with airfield driving procedures.</p>
