Project Leadership & Execution Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender stage through execution and project close‑out. Lead project planning, including route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation strategies. Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation prepared by operational teams. Ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations. Monitor critical project milestones and intervene proactively to resolve operational bottlenecks. Commercial & Financial Management Lead project budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting. Review and approve quotations, vendor selections, and major procurement decisions. Ensure accurate billing, margin protection, and timely financial closure of projects.
