Red Switch Technician I will be required to operate and maintain the DRSN facility in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Regulations and guidelines. Responsible for organizing and implementing system and office upgrades with Raytheon, DISA and local offices. Prepare and maintain DRSN facility in accordance with various agency checklist requirements such as Quality Control (QC), DRSN Security, DISA Performance Evaluation (PE), Communications Security (COMSEC), etc. Responsible for ensuring subscribers are trained on the features and capabilities of their phone instruments and are operating their DRSN phones within the prescribed security requirements.
