<p><h4>What will I be doing?</h4>
<p>As a Head Therapist, you are responsible for managing the beauty therapist team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. A Head Therapist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing customer feedback. Provide onboard leadership and direction for department leaders, for meeting the client drilling program requirements while considering company procedures and allocated rig budget. Roles & Responsibilities: Rig Operations: Organize and supervise the activities of drilling, moving and maintenance departments of the drilling unit to effectively carry out management and command functions in compliance with company procedures. Communicates with the Rig Manager in reviewing and discussing the client s projected well program before operations commence and throughout the well as necessary to stay abreast of pertinent operational activities and time factors. Ensure well programs, schedules are well known to the drilling crew and adequate written instructions are given and that necessary rig procedures, including JSA and PTW are prepared on time and with good quality for the actual operations. Ensure that necessary Management of Change or Deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts. Manage & review the execution of the drilling program in coordination with Client Representative and rig department heads through the daily operations plans (IADC logs). Make all decisions in conjunction with departments heads regarding utilization of equipment, making sure the rig and support equipment is properly maintained and fit for purpose. Ensure the availability of the optimum quantity of rig supplies, parts, materials, fuel, lubricants, potable water for the drilling program are onboard. Determines when to cease resume operations, as per company procedures in cooperation with the Rig Manager. Plan, approve, and supervise rig activities such as equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance program, repairs, daily maintenance of drilling fluids, etc. Ensure all activities are coordinated with minimal loss of time or effort. Overseeing that space-out drawings are correct and are posted in the drillers cabin. Overseeing that post-jarring sheet are filled out and understood by night Tool pusher and driller. Rig Move: Plan all related rigs move activities, equipment, supplies, personnel in compliance with the Rig move Procedures. Assesses the current and new location, considering factors such as safety, lifting equipment availability at location, preparation for rig-up operations, Supervise the Rig move team during rigging down and rigging up activities to ensure they are followed efficiently and safely. Management of Major Emergencies: Acts as the command team leader during emergency situations, through leading the Rig s emergency response teams as detailed on the Emergency Plan and Company Procedures. Ensure that all personnel are instructed in the procedures to be adopted in the case of an emergency. Ensure that Well Control and general safety drills are held and recorded in accordance with Company requirements. Ensure that housekeeping standards in all areas are in accordance with Company requirements. Client Management: Act as the primary client contact at location regarding all service provision related matters. The role covers security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident handling, and contributes to KDF's cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities under the direction of the Divisional Head – Technology & Digitalization Transformation. The position reports to the Assistant Manager – Technology & Cybersecurity.</p><p><br></p><p>As KDF's first dedicated cybersecurity position, the role suits a practitioner who can assess the current environment, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements rather than wait for direction. Ensures availability in attending to all requirements in the postnatal wards, NICU, Nursery, LDR and Theatre in rotating shifts under the supervision of the Neonatology Consultant/Specialist.</p><p>2. Informs the Consultant/Specialist about new admissions or significant changes in the clinical condition of admitted cases</p><p>3. Undertakes daily assessment of the neonates, which includes:</p><p>· Evaluation of progress</p><p>· Revision of care management where appropriate</p><p>· Daily progress notes</p><p>· Discharge examination</p><p>4. Arranges appropriate investigations for Inpatients and follow up of all results, referring difficult cases to the Consultant/Specialist.</p><p>5. Attends caesarean sections(CS) and high-risk deliveries for the purpose of resuscitation and stabilization of the newborn</p><p>6. Completes all documentation for cases as required:</p><p>· Records all procedures performed, medical notes and any significant changes in medical management</p><p>· Documents the observations twice a day for all ventilated babies (on the day and night shifts) and daily for non-ventilated babies with acute illnesses or babies in Nursery and NICU</p><p>· Ensures all new admissions during the shift are entered into the NICU computer database</p><p>· Records observations, any plan of action post review of babies in the postnatal ward or after attending a delivery in the medical notes.</p><p>· Completes paper works in event of death</p><p>· Anticipates discharges as far as possible and completes the discharge summary prior to discharge/transfer from the unit during the shift; ensures accuracy and adequacy of all details about the baby’s neonatal course</p><p>7. <p>Role and Objectives: Area Manager is responsible to ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and commercial standards throughout stores in their area. Area Manager will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers and other shop staff and ensuring they are attained.
