<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities include but not limited to:</u></b></p><p><b>&nbsp;</b></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning and execution of work processes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in the formulation of objectives for personnel policies and procedures.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, processes and procedures to the employees.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To source, identify and select suitable candidates according to approved manpower planning (and also new Manpower Requisition), as per the agreed time levels and budgets.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Undertake tasks assigned around performance appraisal management. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage the organization’s employee files.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To act as a focal point for employee issues &amp; deliver a specified level of HR service to the employees in accordance with Company policies, procedures.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate with payroll team on matters related to leave, final settlements, and other matters.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare required reports as well as special reports as requested.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To document/record information, maintain files, process all paper work and to perform day to day administrative tasks</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for follow up of the insurance claims (life / Personal Accidents / Workmen’s Compensation).</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Additional tasks related to HR &amp; Admin as assigned by your reporting supervisor</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p> </p><p> Educational Qualifications</p><p> Graduation in any discipline, MBA/ Post Graduate in HR/ Sales.</p><p> &nbsp;</p><p> Experience</p><p> 3-5 years in a similar role.
