<p>The IT Manager owns the Group IT strategy and the Odoo ERP deployment programme — the single most important enabler of the Group's operational transformation. The role governs the Odoo platform across all Group entities and modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Field Service, CRM, Quality, Purchase, Inventory), manages IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, and acts as technology business partner to every functional department.</p><p><br></p><p>• <b>Odoo deployment leadership: </b>lead the phased rollout of Finance, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Field Service, CRM, Quality, Purchase and Inventory modules across all Group entities.</p><p>• <b>IT architecture: </b>define and maintain the Group's servers, network, VPN, backup and security architecture.</p><p>• <b>Access & data governance: </b>manage user access rights and data governance across Odoo and all Group systems.</p><p>• <b>IT support: </b>provide support to all Group users, with a target resolution time under 4 hours for critical issues.</p><p>• <b>Vendor management: </b>manage external IT vendors — the Odoo implementation partner, hardware suppliers, ISP.</p><p>• <b>Cybersecurity: </b>own access control, patch management and incident-response governance, targeting zero critical cybersecurity incidents.</p><p>• <b>Functional requirements coordination: </b>work with each Department Head to translate operational requirements into Odoo module configuration, coordinating directly with the Factory Manager, Installation Manager, Maintenance Manager, CFO, CPO and Quality Manager.</p><p>• <b>User training: </b>train key users ahead of each Odoo deployment wave to drive adoption.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<li>Must be fashionable / well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge to ensure minimal stock loss.</li>
<li>Maintains knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives at all times in order to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needs.</li>
<li>Ensuring the retail staff has the skill to provide highest levels of customer service for maximizing the sales.</li>
<li>Assisting the Store Manager in implementation of operating procedures at the store as per the company standards.</li>
<li>Ensure the brand and company’s policies and procedures are adhered by all the staff at all the times.</li>
<li>Regularly audits own store administration and resolve any issues.</li>
<li>Manage the daily roster, leave and grievances of the retail staff.</li>
<li>Maintain the visual merchandising standards at the stores all the time as per set VM standards.</li>
<li>Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat sales.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the Store Manager and/or Area Manager with regards to the employees and products.</li>
<li>Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.</li>
<li>Must be updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to the customers.</li>
