<p>About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily marine construction activities including dredging, piling, rock filling, quay wall construction, and subsea pipeline support works. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, practical knowledge of marine operations, and the ability to manage site crews, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily marine construction activities including dredging, piling, rock dumping, quay wall construction, and pipeline support works
• Manage site crews including foremen, operators, riggers, and general workers; assign tasks and monitor productivity
• Ensure all activities comply with approved method statements, drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors for smooth execution of marine works
• Monitor marine plant and equipment including barges, excavators, cranes, tugs, and dredgers
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections of equipment and ensure all machinery is in safe working condition
• Enforce HSE protocols including permits, toolbox talks, PPE compliance, and emergency procedures

<p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>The UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic AM-2 (UH-60 Army Aviation) performs the full range of military tactical aircraft maintenance and maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneuhydraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.</p>
<p>With a valid (FAA) A&P certificate (preferred), two (2) years of aviation maintenance experience, two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and two (2) years on the assigned MDS UH-60 aircraft is required. (See below for requirements without A&P).</p>
<p>Valid US passport and US citizenship is required to obtain the NAC-I clearance and for facility access.</p>
<p>Remove and install aircraft subsystem assemblies and components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components.</p>
<p>Safely prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks and services.</p>
<p>Perform scheduled inspections and assist in performing special inspections.</p>
<p>Perform limited maintenance operational checks and diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems using special tools and test equipment as required.</p>
<p>Apply comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as aircraft technical manuals, maintenance information and action messages, and all technical guidance provided through government official representatives.</p>

<p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) II inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p>
<p>Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.<br>
Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.<br>
Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action.<br>
Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations.<br>
Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data.<br>
Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.<br>
Detect flaws such as cracks, delaminations, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrant testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment.<br>
Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors.<br>
Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment.<br>
Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools.<br>
Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment.<br>

Shall be trained and qualified per NAS 410 or ASNT-CP-189 to the level assigned.<br>

<p>Uses automated maintenance data systems to monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions, and analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs GSE using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools.</p>
<p>Maintains external fuel and grounding systems.</p>
<p>Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GSE - inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation.</p>
<p>Services equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air.</p>
<p>Diagnoses mechanical and electronic circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test equipment, and technical publications.</p>
<p>Disassembles and assembles malfunctioning GSE accessories and components.</p>
<p>Removes, disassembles, repairs, cleans, treats for corrosion, assembles, and reinstalls GSE components and accessories, stencils and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications, stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards and regulations.</p>
<p>Prepares GSE for storage and mobility deployment; and operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles.</p>
<p>Maintains vehicle records.</p>
<p>Maintains and updates paper and electronic equipment records.</p>
<p>Provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations.</p>
<p>Practices good housekeeping, tool control, foreign object damage prevention, and safety at all times.</p>
<p>Performs other qualified duties as requested.</p>
<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired.</li>
<li>Three (3) years of aviation GSE experience in the last six (6) years. Actual and recent aviation-related experience in the repair, modification, maintenance, and overhaul of related equipment being serviced and their associated components (APUs, etc).</li>
<li>Valid U.S. passport required, and able to travel internationally with minimum 6 blank pages and two (2) plus years' validity on passport expiration date at the time of hiring.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain facility Public Trust NAC-I. Note: U.S. citizenship is required for facility Public Trust NAC-I at this work location.</li>
<li>Able to pass CENTCOM medical requirements for deployment (attend CRC).</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain a Kuwait visa.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Knowledge & skills</h4>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of ground support equipment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of military publications (including electronic manuals), drawings, blueprints, microfilm, diagrams, and schematics is mandatory.</li>
<li>Knowledge of military and/or company forms required by work assignments.</li>
<li>Individual must be able to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules on assigned projects and is required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks.</li>
<li>The incumbent receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, will occasionally be required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks, and may be required to make entries in aircraft logs and records.</li>

<h4>Physical requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the day.</li>
<li>Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands.</li>
<li>Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.</li>
<li>May be required to lift heavy objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications.</li>
<li>Will handle dirty parts and lubricants.</li>
<li>Will be required to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a respirator physical and fit test qualification.</li>
<li>May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, forklift, etc.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/push/pull minimum of 50 pounds.</li>
<li>May work in maintenance shop or outside.</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a shop where the environment is drafty, noisy, and dirty.</li>
<li>May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.</li>
<li>May be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts or vehicles.</li>
<li>May be expected to work in austere environments and all-weather conditions.</li>
