(Reading &Writing)</li><li>Medically fit and able to work in remote operational locations.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and compliance with QHSE standards.</li><li>Should have worked currently on 3000 HP or Minimum 2000HP Land Drilling Rigs.</li><li>Previous experience with International Drilling contractors is an advantage.</li><li>Middle East (GCC Countries) drilling experience is preferred.</li></ul>

<p>An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Manager to join Front Office at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:</p>

<li>Ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations, focusing on the front office department.</li>
<li>Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager in supervising operations and communication within the Front Office.</li>
<li>Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Help maintain and develop agreed-upon standards and operating procedures for the Front Office.</li>
<li>Set a high example in punctuality, appearance, performance, leadership, guest relations, and interdepartmental cooperation.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with VIP guests and respond to their needs, covering as Night Manager when required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Should have 2 years of experience in the same role in a five-star hotel.</li>
