<p><h4>Description</h4>
<p>The WADPM shall develop, revise, and maintain an airfield driving program to ensure the safe operations of vehicles, aircraft, and pedestrian movement on and around the airfield environment in accordance with DAFI 13-213, Airfield Driving. The WADPM shall solicit help from base senior leadership and other various base support agencies to ensure the program is effectively implemented and managed. The WADPM shall provide all initial and recurring airfield drivers’ training for all unit level Airfield Driving Program Managers (ADPMs) and all airfield drivers. The WADPM will ensure reporting of Controlled Movement Area Violations and other significant events in Amentum’s MIS system, to appropriate Wing leadership, and as required in DAFMAN 13-204 and DAFI 13-213. The WADPM will conduct spot checks to enforce and monitor compliance with airfield driving procedures.</p>

<p>The WADPM shall develop, revise, and maintain an airfield driving program to ensure the safe operations of vehicles, aircraft, and pedestrian movement on and around the airfield environment in accordance with DAFI 13-213, Airfield Driving. The WADPM shall solicit help from base senior leadership and other various base support agencies to ensure the program is effectively implemented and managed. The WADPM shall provide all initial and recurring airfield driversu2019 training for all unit level Airfield Driving Program Manager (ADPMs) and all airfield drivers. The WADPM will ensure reporting of Controlled Movement Area Violations and other significant events in Amentumu2019s MIS system, to appropriate Wing leadership, and as required in DAFMAN 13-204 and DAFI 13-213. <p>Oversee smooth running of the TES bus services, coordination with Bus Manager ensuring bus policies and processes are adhered</p><br>
<p>To provide efficient administrative support for the school’s expanding Academy programme, ensuring smooth coordination for TES Academy, ECA clubs, EDU Activity Camps, trips, and events that enhance students’ educational experience beyond the classroom.</p><br>
<p>Developing processes of new systems and processes to enhance efficiency and communication at all levels for Buses and CCAs.</p><br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<p><strong><u>Reception</u></strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Ensure the reception area operates smoothly, provides excellent customer service for visitors, pupils, staff and parents.</li><li>Monitoring all incoming calls, email, queries and ensuring professional and prompt responses. </li><li>Manage daily tasks linked to accurate Absence, Late and Sick procedures are administered and where necessary brought to relevant staff attention.</li><li>Ensuring all staff complete two daily registrations reports.</li><li>Implement and monitor end of day procedures and daily changes. </li><li>Line Manage the workload for reception/Admin Assistant for Registrations, buses and CCAs providing support and training when required.</li></ul>
<p><strong><u>Buses</u></strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Working closely with Bus Transport managers to provide support and co-ordination for bus service.</li><li>Acting as a liaison between the bus company and parents to coordinate information on a daily basis.</li><li>Developing a database of bus pupils for accurate records of bus rotas, end of term and school records.</li><li> Ensuring timely cut offs for school processing of bus pupils being admitted to the bus service.</li><li>Developing safe processes and procedure of bus rules and policies and responsible to communicate this in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensuring daily bus lists are updated accurately, all changes communicated between relevant parties throughout the school, for ECAs, Academies, Swim Squads, BSME & school Productions.</li><li>Address and resolve, and speedily report any complaints/issues that may arise relating to the bus.</li></ul>
<p><strong><u>Co-Curricular</u></strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Administer and manage the current ECA programme in coordination with the head of CCA programme and Activities Coordinator.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all co-curricular activities, being ECA ( currently), future TES academy records, EdU Activity camps, trips and future requirements.</li><li>Assist with scheduling, timetabling, registration and communication of weekly activities.</li><li>Develop current manual platforms for all activities and attendance reporting, and assist with development of a new database system when implemented. </li><li>Develop the requirement to transfer to the Oodo platform platform by August 2026.</li><li>Provide credible, reconcilable records for each Activity camp.</li><li>Support communication between staff, students, buses and parents regarding activities, schedules and amendments.</li></ul>

<li><strong>Manage product inventory:</strong> Maintain an adequate supply of prepared products and ensure proper storage for freshness and quality.</li>
<li><strong>Inspire and develop the team:</strong> Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.</li>
<li><strong>Uphold regulatory standards:</strong> Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.</li>
