WAN Engineers performs operation and maintenance (O&M) for the RCC-SWA enterprise network infrastructure. WAN Engineers will ensure stability and provide daily support of a geographically dispersed Wide Area Network Infrastructure and are responsible for design, troubleshooting, optimization, administration, change management and technical documentation.
