Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall DCO posture. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant compliance requirements and ensure adherence. Assist in incident response planning, coordination, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with external organizations and agencies to share threat intelligence and enhance DCO capabilities. <p>The C-12/King Air Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA A&P) services, repairs, and overhauls assigned aircraft and subsystems to ensure airworthiness. Uses technical data to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and repairs or replaces faulty components.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>A valid FAA A&P Airframe and Powerplant Certificate is required.</li>
<li>Seven (7) years’ experience as an A&P mechanic with seven (7) years of specific C-12/King Air (200/350/1900) turbo-prop aircraft mechanic hands-on maintenance experience is required.</li>
<li>US citizenship is required to obtain a US government Secret Security Clearance and for facility access.</li>

<li>Repair and replace aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and associated equipment.</li>
<li>Read and interpret manufacturers and maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.</li>
<li>Examine engines for oil leaks and listen to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions.</li>
<li>Inspect turbine blades to detect cracks or breaks.</li>
<li>Test engine operation using troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic test equipment to identify source of malfunction.</li>

<li>Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects.</li>

Responsibilities Job Details / Position Summary The Aviation Support Equipment Technician diagnoses malfunctions repairs and maintains Support Equipment (SE); inspects and approves completed maintenance actions; troubleshoots discrepancies by studying drawings, wiring diagram schematics, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals, technical publications and historical maintenance actions. The Technician uses automated maintenance data systems to monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, and document maintenance actions. The Technician analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs SE using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes and hand tools. Diagnoses mechanical and electronic circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test equipment, and technical maintenance data sources. The Technician performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on SE by inspecting, testing and operating SE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation. Services equipment with required fluids such as oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant and compressed air. The Technician also performs removal, disassembly, repair, cleaning, corrosion treatment, re-assembly and installation of malfunctioning CSE accessories and components, as well as stenciling and marking SE, storing, handling, labelling, using and disposing of hazardous materials and hazardous waste. The Technician prepares SE for preservation and mobility deployment. The Technician operates, cleans, inspects and services all assigned support equipment, to include towing vehicles, to include Bobtail Ford trucks, Tow Tractors (Tug), and U-30 aircraft tow vehicle. In addition to performing inspections and maintenance, the technician practices good housekeeping, Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage prevention, and safety awareness. Description: • Performs diagnosis and corrective actions, disassembles, inspects, evaluates, and accomplishes necessary repairs according to publication/technical instructions and technical directives on all required support equipment. Determines requirements for repairs, modifications, and part replacements. May be required to verify/inspect work performed by other technicians for which he/she is qualified to perform.• Reviews, interprets, and applies maintenance procedures in support of assigned maintenance actions. Applies practical knowledge of wiring schematics and the interpretation of technical data contained within those schematics and/or sources of maintenance data• Reads and interprets manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.• Performs “O”, “I” and authorized commercial repair of all CSE, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and Palletized Systems Equipment (PSE) in accordance with the KAF 4790.2 and applicable maintenance manuals.• Performs scheduled, unscheduled, and other hourly or calendar inspections in accordance with the KAF 4790.2 and applicable publications.• Troubleshoots, repairs, reworks and maintains hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems. Removes, adjusts, repairs and replaces/re-installs functional components and incorporates applicable technical directives and bulletins.• Ensures the accurate entry of data into the locally used computer database system to document maintenance actions, monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, and maintain equipment records. • Uses Hazardous Materials such as chemical sealants, oil, hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, etc. and performs proper handling and disposal of chemicals and petroleum products required during maintenance.• Uses illustrated parts breakdowns (IPB)s to determine material requirements, research associated part numbers, and requisitions repair parts, materials, and consumable supplies through supply system.• Performs close tolerance adjustment, repair and rework of equipment in and out of shop area.• Services, inspects and tests aviation support equipment used for direct and indirect aircraft support.• Troubleshoots, inspects, services, tests and re-conditions storage batteries, to include lead-acid, gel and sealed type.• Performs Corrosion Control/Prevention, Preservation and de-preservation of Support Equipment (SE).• Performs general housekeeping and organization of workstation(s), shop(s), maintenance facility to provide a clean, safe, and FOD free environment.• Conducts off station maintenance when required.• When necessary, perform other duties and functions critical to the support of the program. Qualifications Education / Certifications: • High School Diploma • Must be able to obtain/maintain the following required certifications/qualifications: Applicable Support Equipment licensing: + “I” Level & “O” Level Tire & Wheel certification + Hydraulic Contamination certification + Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) qualification + Corrosion Prevention and Control and Aircraft Paint qualification + “I” Level Battery Maintenance certification Experience: • Five years of hands-on aviation ground support equipment maintenance experience preferred. A combination of formal education, technical schools, and practical experience may be substituted. • Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) 4790.2 or equivalent experience with Air Force Instruction 21-101 preferred. • Must have a working knowledge of first aid procedures to be used in an emergency. • Must have a strong knowledge base of aviation maintenance programs, processes, and procedures (example: Safety, Tool Control, HAZMAT, inspection programs, administrative requirements, support equipment, calibration/torque programs & procedures). Specific Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level security clearance. • Must be United States (U.S.) citizen , be able to read, write, and understand the English language • Must be able to obtain a United States Passport. If you currently possess a United States Passport it must have at least 24 months of time remaining before expiration. • Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License. • Must be willing to follow Kuwait Labor Law policies and able to adhere to and comply with all Kuwaiti Labor and Immigration requirements. • Must be willing to administrate, maintain, and manage maintenance programs (ex. WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms — for use cases such as customer service, appointment booking, order taking, content delivery, moderation, and automated notifications.<br> Key Responsibilities Build bots for one or more messaging platforms, such as WhatsApp (Business API / Cloud API), Telegram (Bot API), Discord, Slack and similar messaging platforms.<br> Design and implement conversational flows, dialogue state, and fallback handling.<br> Integrate bots with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) for natural language responses where appropriate.<br> Connect bots to backend services, databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs (booking systems, payment, content sources).<br> Handle webhooks, rate limits, and platform-specific message formats (interactive messages, buttons, media, templates).<br> Evaluate AI-generated bot code and refactor it for correctness, reliability, and graceful error handling.<br> Implement logging, monitoring, and recovery so bots stay
