<p><h4>Division / Project</h4>
<p>KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a HSE Supervisor for a 5-year PMC contract for the supply of Programme Management services with Kuwait Oil Company. The contract serves to support KOC to achieve its objectives of reaching optimum capacity in its oilfields and enhancing its facilities by the most efficient and economical means available.</p>
<p>The contract aims to provide project management, co-ordination, planning, design, engineering, construction management, contracting, procurement, project controls and other services for construction of new oil field facilities, upgrading of existing facilities, and transfer of technology.</p>
<h4>Primary Objectives</h4>
<ul>
<li>Identification and control of HSE issues on construction sites</li>
<li>To coordinate implementation of the KOC PMC Safety policies, HSE Management System and Project specific HSE Management Plans as they apply to the project</li>
<li>Ensure that the site complies with the relevant HSE legislation and KOC HSE requirements</li>

<h4>Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills</h4>

<li>Diploma in Engineering or B. Sc. Degree</li>
<li>Candidate who successfully passed high school with an IOSH or NEBOSH certification from a recognized and reputed institute, with minimum 15 years experience, including seven (7) years’ experience as HSE personnel in the relevant field can also be considered for the position</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years total post-graduation experience</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years oil & gas post-graduation experience</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE Supervisor role</li>
<li>Must have successfully completed one or more certified HSE course(s) in any category of training in general industrial safety, construction safety, environmental management, industrial hygiene, ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses</li>
<li>Practical experience in identification and control of HSE issues on construction sites within oil & gas or similar industries</li>
<li>Experience in HSE reporting procedures and familiar with the safety hazards with common construction activities</li>

<p>The UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic AM-2 (UH-60 Army Aviation) performs the full range of military tactical aircraft maintenance and maintains repairs and troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>With a valid (FAA) A&P certificate (Preferred), Two (2) years of aviation maintenance experience, Two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and Two (2) years on the assigned MDS UH-60 aircraft is Required. <p>The purpose of this job is to perform specialized duty work functions in preparing for and responding to fire/medical emergency calls and in providing basic EMT level treatment to patients requiring emergency medical care and safely transporting them to the hospital or medical clinic. Duties and responsibilities include maintaining readiness for emergency call response; responding to fire, medical, and related emergency calls when dispatched and taking proper action; educating staff and public on fire safety/prevention; and performing Fire Department activities. Additionally, this position may involve staffing the Fire Alarm Communications Center (FACC ) and receiving calls for emergency assistance, monitoring fire alarm systems and emergency reporting phones. and dispatching appropriate apparatus and personnel to emergencies.
