<br><br>Job Responsibilities <br><p>Maintaining the company Master Planning Database for the Projects by collecting all the relevant information required about multiple projects on a regular basis<br>
Prepare and maintain Engineering, Production, and Shipment Plans<br>
Raise timely orders for job specific items as per the Master Planning Database <br>
Maintain proper inventory levels based on current inventory, historical/future usage, and forecast demand for the Raw Materials<br>
Work closely with purchasing organization to assure on time delivery of Raw Materials, Accessories, and Job Specific items to the Manufacturing<br>
Analyse and report backlog <br>
Generate reports for the management as and when required<br>
Knowledge of types & grades of steel raw material used in metal buildings ( HR Plates and Coils, GI Coils, PPGL and PPGI, etc….)<br>
Good Communication and Coordination skills with capability to build working relationships with various operations teams.<br>

Two-Three years’ experience in the field of material planning (preferable)<br>

Experience in using ERP specifically Material Management Modules, and preferably a previous SAP experience or equivalent<br>
Analytical skills to project patterns and daily changing requirements.</p><br>

<p>The Mechanical Metrology Engineer is the resident expert in his field and, in conjunction with the Kuwait Senior Engineer, provides engineering/consultant services to the GOK. Conducts research and studies new equipment to ensure that the latest developments in technique and equipment are included in metrology planning for future acquisition. Assists in the development and implementation of a Metrology QA Program as required. Assists in obtaining and maintaining laboratory QA accreditation. Assesses requirements and develops new measurement techniques and approaches related to mechanical, electro- mechanical, optical, electro-optical, chemical, and electro-chemical calibration methodology. Also performs analysis and evaluation of equipment test and performance requirements, and prescribes calibration approaches, test equipment and servicing requirements necessary to assure measurement traceability. Directs, conducts and evaluates the development of calibration procedures for assigned equipment categories. Conducts liaison and coordinates with technical societies and engineering facilities of other countries to remain current with the state-of-the-art and new measurement techniques. Responsible for laboratory facility and related environmental control development, operation and maintenance. Includes qualification requirements D and E. OR; Completion of a U.S. military precision measurement and calibration school and twelve (12) years of work experience in the metrology and calibration field. Completion of a precision measurement and calibration school at an accredited school, or within a specialized calibration firm, and twelve (12) years of experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating physical/dimensional precision measurement equipment and calibration laboratory reference standards. I Five (5) years of experience in technical oversight and training responsibilities of calibration and repair technicians with three (3) years within the last five (5) years. Experience in researching requirements and maintaining calibration laboratory facility and related environmental control systems. Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of critical water transmission, pumping, and distribution assets, ensuring construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities are completed in accordance with project requirements, international engineering standards, and quality expectations.</p><br><ul><li>Lead and manage a multidisciplinary site supervision team responsible for the delivery of major water infrastructure works.</li><li>Oversee construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities for water transmission, pumping, and distribution facilities.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and project delivery.</li><li>Review engineering submissions, technical documentation, and construction methodologies to verify compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.</li><li>Monitor project progress, quality, safety, resource utilization, and construction performance across multiple work fronts.</li><li>Facilitate technical and progress review meetings with project stakeholders and support timely resolution of construction and contractual matters.</li><li>Oversee inspection, testing, commissioning, and performance verification activities to ensure infrastructure assets meet operational requirements.</li><li>Lead contract administration activities, including assessment of variations, claims, payment applications, and project close-out documentation.</li><li>Provide strategic advice on project risks, technical challenges, and contractual issues while supporting successful project outcomes.</li><li>Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation while promoting knowledge sharing and effective team development.</li></ul><p>With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.</p><br><p>Suitable applicants will have/be:</p><br><ul><li>Master’s degree in civil engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 20 years’ experience in engineering, construction supervision, or infrastructure project delivery, including senior leadership roles on major projects.</li><li>Demonstrated experience as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role on large-scale infrastructure, utilities, water, transportation, or industrial projects.</li><li>Extensive experience working under internationally recognized forms of contract, including FIDIC.</li><li>Excellent client relationship management, communication, negotiation, and technical reporting skills.</li><li>Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p>Surbana Jurong Group is an equal opportunity employer. <h4>Primary objectives</h4>
<p>Development and management of construction and completions capability across PMC projects ensuring that design integrity is not compromised while managing the department in the execution of the process.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>

<li>Promote and drive the involvement of construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a familiarity and appreciation of capability and ongoing workload of construction’s support providers / contractors.</li>
