<li>Prepare, cook, and present authentic Lebanese dishes with precision, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation in line with Four Seasons quality standards.</li>
<li>Assist in menu planning and recipe development, incorporating traditional Lebanese flavors with innovative presentation techniques.</li>
<li>Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with HACCP and hotel standards.</li>
<li>Control food costs and manage inventory effectively through organized purchasing, portion control, and waste reduction.</li>
<li>Supervise and support commis and junior team members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to enhance team performance.</li>
<li>Conduct regular quality and taste checks to maintain the authenticity and excellence of all Lebanese cuisine offerings.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations and timely service.</li>
<li>Adapt to different shifts and kitchen areas, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational needs.</li>
