Assists in the development and implementation of a metrology QA program as required. Assists in obtaining and maintaining laboratory QA accreditation.</p>

Develops, tests, and evaluates new calibration methodology, as well as performs analysis and evaluation of equipment. Establishes test and performance criteria, and prescribes calibration approaches, tests, equipment, and servicing requirements necessary to ensure measurement traceability. Directs, conducts, and evaluates the development of calibration procedures for assigned equipment.
