<p>Job Purpose The Data Center Mechanical Engineer owns the mechanical and cooling infrastructure of the data center at engineering level, from the central cooling plant through to the data hall cooling environment. The role is responsible for mechanical maintenance strategy, system reliability, operational procedures, environmental performance, vendor management, safety compliance, spare-parts planning, and emergency response. The Mechanical Engineer directs the Mechanical Manning Technicians, authorizes equipment changeovers and critical maintenance activities, approves mechanical procedures, and acts as the mechanical technical authority during incidents and operational escalations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities and Areas of Ownership</p><ul><li>Take engineering ownership of the data center mechanical and cooling infrastructure, including chillers, cooling towers, chilled-water pumps, condenser-water pumps, heat exchangers, CRAH units, CRAC units, AHUs, ventilation systems, fans, filters, coils, valves, actuators, piping systems, and associated controls.</li><li>Manage the operation, reliability, and performance of chilled-water and precision-cooling systems serving the data halls and supporting areas.</li><li>Own mechanical equipment operating procedures, changeover procedures, start-up and shutdown sequences, and equipment rotation plans.</li><li>Authorize, lead, and supervise critical mechanical activities, including chiller changeovers, pump changeovers, cooling-tower changeovers, isolation activities, system draining, system filling, and restoration of equipment to <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales & Projects Engineer to join our team in Kuwait . In this role, you will act as a crucial liaison between our sales team and product development, partnering with clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how our technical solutions can drive their success.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to key stakeholders and technical committees.</li><li>Consultative Sales: Manage the technical sales cycle, focusing on high-growth industries across region.</li><li>Solution Design: Partner with customers to design customized, tailored technical solutions that align with local standards and regulations.</li><li>Proposal Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to build accurate technical proposals and respond to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs).</li><li>Market Insights: Relay regional customer feedback and market trends to the global engineering team to influence product roadmaps.</li><li>Customer Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, proof-of-concept (PoC) management, and initial post-sale troubleshooting.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><b>Qualifications & Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.</li><li>Experience: 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the Kuwait market.</li><li>Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for client relationship building.</li><li>Regional Acumen: Deep understanding of the Kuwait business landscape, procurement processes, and relevant local compliance standards.</li><li>Mobility: Valid Driving License and willingness to travel domestically.</li><li>Legal Status: Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)</li></ul>
