<p>The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for validating and verifying software products and components to ensure end-users' workflow can be efficiently performed without software failures. The Quality Assurance Engineer works closely with engineering and portfolio managers to design and execute quality tests, report results for assigned software products. This person reviews the results of automatic tests with the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer during the software development cycle. </p><ul><li>Design, organize and execute test strategies, plans and suites in cooperation with the development team.<br></li><li>Design and conduct nonfunctional tests including tests for system load and performance, security, scalability, usability and deployability.<br></li><li>Review test plans to ensure completeness. Track testing progress.<br></li><li>Analyze and prioritize technical problems. Identify and escalate project risks. <p><h4>Project</h4>
<p>KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) to monitor the execution of the project by the EPC Contractor assigned by the client (KNPC) in Kuwait.</p>
<p>The project assigned to the contractor is to design and build an Oil Pier New Arm Facility in Kuwait. It consists of approach trestle, loading platform, control tower building, O&M building, packaged substation, loading arm and control system, access platforms, mooring dolphins, and breasting dolphins.</p>
<p>The Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) will be assigned in KNPC Kuwait site office during the construction stage. Prior to this assignment, he will be assigned in KBR Kuwait office during the ongoing engineering stage with the main responsibility to review EPC Contractor’s deliverables from the perspective of construction methodology.</p>
<h4>Summary section</h4>
<p>The Lead Construction Engineer – Civil/Structural (Marine) will be assigned for 12 months (with possible extension) to this project.<br>
Will work from KBR Kuwait office during the ongoing engineering stage.<br>
Will be assigned in KNPC Kuwait site office and merged into KNPC’s PMC team during the construction stage.</p>
<h4>Qualifications including required education, experience, & skills:</h4>

<li>Minimum 12 years’ total post-graduation industrial work experience.</li>
