<p>The Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) Technician is responsible for the execution of aircraft ground handling and servicing operations at an assigned installation. Reporting directly to the supervisor, the TAS Technician performs aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure tasks in support of mission requirements.</p>
<p>This position ensures all aircraft servicing activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable Technical Orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives. The TAS Technician is accountable for maintaining operational readiness, adhering to strict safety protocols, and supporting continuous 24/7/365 flight line operations in a high-tempo, austere environment.</p>
<h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by strictly adhering to all flight line safety requirements, including FOD prevention, tool control, and proper use of PPE at all times.</li>
<li>Perform aircraft marshaling, parking, and positioning in accordance with applicable Technical Orders and airfield procedures.</li>
<li>Execute aircraft arrival and departure services, including chocking, grounding, and ensuring safe positioning on the flight line.</li>
<li>Conduct aircraft servicing operations, including general ground handling tasks required to support aircraft turn-around and mission readiness.</li>
<li>Assist in aircraft launch and recovery operations in coordination with supervisors and airfield management.</li>
<li>Perform operator-level inspections and servicing of assigned equipment, including vehicles and support equipment used in TAS operations.</li>
<li>Maintain strict accountability of tools and equipment; ensure compliance with tool control programs at all times.</li>
<li>Participate in FOD prevention activities, including routine flight line inspections and immediate removal of foreign objects.</li>
<li>Follow all applicable Technical Orders, safety directives, and standard operating procedures during all aircraft servicing operations.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks.</li>
<li>Identify and report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, and operational issues to leadership immediately.</li>

<p>The Cloud Solutions Engineer is the technical backbone of the Oracle Alloy partner ecosystem, working directly with distributor and reseller partners who build and sell their own branded cloud platforms on Alloy. This role owns the full partner lifecycle end to end from equipping partner sales and presales teams to sell Alloy, through qualifying and solutioning deals, to designing right-sized architectures, and finally onboarding partner customers and driving their long-term cloud adoption. Success is measured by partner sales velocity, technical win rate, and the health of customers running on partner-branded Alloy environments. <p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>As a corporate counsel, you will be expected to work on a variety of company secretarial and compliance matters across the Middle East and Africa region, handle the legal aspects of entity set-ups and restructurings, and further develop and implement corporate policies. You will support a cross-functional team of professionals throughout the company and across the globe on a variety of corporate transactions and day-to-day matters.</p>
<h4>Specific responsibilities</h4>
<p><strong>Corporate governance:</strong> Manage, perform, and is ultimately responsible for company secretarial compliance across many of Oracle's subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Assist extensively with the formation of new subsidiaries and branch offices, and the dissolution of certain entities. Draft documentation and filings and be responsible for maintaining corporate records. Manage corporate delegations and work with many different groups within Oracle to ensure that all corporate delegations and authorizations are up to date and appropriate. Liaise with external service providers, including law firms. May be requested to be a member of the board of directors and/or act as company secretary for subsidiaries in MEA.</p>
<p><strong>M&A integration:</strong> Assist other members of the Corporate, Securities, and Acquisitions Group in giving effect to acquired entity integrations and corporate group restructurings in MEA. Responsibilities will include drafting documentation and consulting with stakeholders.</p>
<p><strong>Process and policies:</strong> Work with other members of the Corporate, Securities, and Acquisitions Group, and members of other groups within Oracle, to develop and implement, and ensure compliance with, corporate policies.</p>
<h4>Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department.</li>
<li>Business fluency in English and Arabic in speaking and writing.</li>
<li>Experience with corporate governance, particularly the establishment and dissolution of legal entities, merger of legal entities, business and trade license requirements, drafting and execution (including cross-border legalization formalities) of corporate approval documentation and ensuring ongoing compliance for legal entities, across MEA.</li>
<li>Experience working with the company regulatory authorities in MEA.</li>
<li>Strong academic credentials and a proven track record working within a high performing corporate team (either practice or in-house).</li>
<li>Strong corporate background, including solid drafting skills.</li>
<li>Robust personality with high levels of energy, drive and self-motivation.</li>
<li>Adaptable and commercially-minded team player with a collegial personality and instinctively good judgment.</li>

<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<p>Responsible for providing legal advice to the organization. Close liaison to business in providing a variety of corporate and commercial legal services. May perform litigation on Oracle's behalf or coordinate litigation and other legal, administrative or investigative actions handled by outside counsel. May draft, review, and negotiate major and/or non-standard technology contracts with public and private sector customers, including licensing agreements, professional services agreements, and cloud services agreements. May advise on legal issues involving government and regulatory compliance. Responds to ad hoc queries to include identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks in order to provide appropriate legal solutions. Works closely with other lawyers throughout Oracle and coordinates legal matters handled by outside lawyers. Demonstrates deep general commercial or functional knowledge across a sub discipline within the individual's specialty area(s), (e.g., general corporate law, antitrust/competition law, securities compliance and regulatory, employment law, immigration law, cloud transactions, data privacy, risk management asset-backed financing, contract management, intellectual property, trade secrets, advertising law, registration and other resolutions specific to the computer and technology industry).</p>
