<p><h4>Essential duties and responsibilities:</h4>
<p>Responsible for executing supply functions in the following areas: receiving, inspecting, inventory, loading/unloading, segregating, storing, issuing, delivering and turn-in organizational and installation supplies and equipment.<br>
Maintains and oversees accountability records.<br>

Research and resolves more complex property book / supply system related discrepancies.<br>

Assist units with merging / splitting and transferring of property books, augment cyclic and sensitive item inventories per regulation and assist units in acquiring and expediting supplies from approved source.<br>
Ensure strict compliance with safety practices and support the safety policies and procedures.<br>
Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.<br>
Adhere to ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions in support of quality management system.<br>

<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>5 years experience as a logistician in property book or supply</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must have an active secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain secret clearance</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Must have a passport that is valid for at least 1 year</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain Kuwait work permit/resident visa</li>
<li>Thorough understanding and knowledge of inventory management required</li>
<li>Knowledge of U.S. Army inventory management accounting systems</li>
<li>Must be able to perform several tasks at one time, keep detailed records, and simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must be able to handle unforeseen issues, such as delivery problems, and adjust plans as needed to resolve the issues</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels (including multinational staff, superiors and ranking military officers)</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize responsibilities to accommodate a demanding workload</li>
<li>Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required</li>

<h4>Working and living conditions:</h4>
<p>This position may be in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to an extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit/50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums.</p></p><p></p>

These services facilitate essential aircraft arrivals and departures services for United States and Coalition Forces. Alongside SWA Transient Aircraft Services, KBR delivers engineering support, NTV leasing, LAMS, power production, BOS-I, and a range of quality-of-life solutions that help sustain base operations.</p>
<h4>Job summary</h4>
<p>The supervisor (lead) is responsible for the day-to-day execution, coordination, and oversight of transient aircraft services (TAS) operations during assigned shifts at an installation within the Southwest Asia area of responsibility (AOR). Reporting directly to the site manager, the supervisor ensures aircraft servicing operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the performance work statement (PWS), applicable technical orders, airfield safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives.</p>
<p>This position provides frontline leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities, while overseeing assigned personnel supporting TAS operations. The supervisor is accountable for maintaining operational continuity during shifts, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring consistent execution of mission-critical services in a high-tempo, austere, 24/7/365 environment.</p>
<h4>Roles and responsibilities</h4>
