<p>Performs daily task covering assigned Ice Plant activities. Attends training and ensures best safety practices are followed. Performs multiple activities to include, but not limited to: expenditure research and authorization, supply ordering, receiving, issue and inventories. Provides technical assistance to the sub-contract personnel and daily Ice Plant operations. Interfaces with designated government representatives and other contractor elements to ensure smooth operations and compliance with government directives, standards, and needs. Conducts the ordering, tracking, receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance, and turn-in of supplies and equipment. Ensures compliance with first-in-first-out rotation and shelf life policies. Maintains full accountability for all property control and property records. Responsible for the Ice Plant Key Control System. Maintains copies of SDS sheets for applicable supplies received Maintains all records in accordance with applicable US Military Regulations. Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly and other situational reports. Performs other related duties as required</p>
<p>Must be able to operate material handling equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack, man lift etc. Knowledge of material safety data sheets (MSDS) and storage requirements to meet compatibility of products based on hazard class required. Knowledge of ice plant equipment, troubleshooting, and repair required. Knowledge of ice production and water sources sampling is required. Must be able to understand test results from approved laboratory sources.</p>
<p>Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months). Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.</p>
<p>Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. <p><strong>Commercial and Corporate Legal Affairs:</strong> Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents related to the Company's business activities (services, suppliers, branding/marketing, leasing, vendors, confidentiality, IP, employment). Assist the senior legal manager in conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions regarding different legal matters. Regulatory Compliance: Evaluate regulatory authorization requirements and create compliance checklists for new products and projects as required.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in law, additional qualifications such as an LLM are advantageous. Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in a legal role, preferably within an e-commerce or technology-driven industry or an international law firm. In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations of Kuwait for at least 2 years. Excellent project and time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess legal risks, analyze regulatory requirements, and develop practical solutions to mitigate compliance risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. <h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Coordinate and manage all administrative operations for the F&B and Kitchen departments, including calendars, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and departmental documentation.</p>
<p>Monitor food stock, market lists, kitchen supplies, and month-end inventories to ensure smooth operations and cost control within budget.</p>
<p>Support daily operations by managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinating with kitchen, stewarding, purchasing, and engineering teams, and following up on operational requests.</p>
<p>Ensure compliance with HACCP, workplace safety, hygiene, and Accor quality standards while maintaining accurate safety and compliance records.</p>
<p>Supervise and support culinary and F&B colleagues, including scheduling, leave records, staff administration, productivity, and departmental communication.</p>

<p>JOB PURPOSE The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for selling displayed food items, organizing counter operations, and ensuring all orders are prepared and served on time.
