<p>POSITION SUMMARY Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware or linens across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done. <p>Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breaking guidelines. Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provide inputs. Check and make sure riders are using all talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc). At the same time flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gears to maintain brand consistency on the road. Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced. On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws. Monitor and control the rider s behavior towards restaurant/customer and vice versa. Visit high restaurant density areas during demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safe distance. Assist riders community (irrespective of the company) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc) Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property. Assist people in need (community support) Maintain your presence on the ground as Talabat s face.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider. and 2-3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator. Presentable with good physical fitness. Disciplined, organised person with strong ethics. Ability to maintain a professional standards even during stressful situations. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu is a must, Arabic is a plus. Proficient in recording, reporting and analysing data. Persuasive skills in order to be able to coach non-compliant riders effectively. Valid Driving License.</p>

<h4>What you will do:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, supervisors and assistant managers in the Hotel’s Banquet Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; long-range strategic planning for Banquets operation.</li>
<li>The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.</li>
<li>Coordinate set-up requirements for hotel and off-site functions according to the banquet event order, communicate directly with group contacts, Catering Managers, and Conference Services Managers to ensure that all details of the function are carried out, ensure quality and timeliness of all food items, in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience.</li>
<li>The ability to work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Director of Catering to design an effective menu while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Ability to plan and manage Hotel outdoor catering business.</li>
<li>Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.</li>
<li>Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the banquet area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h4>What you will bring:</h4>

<li>3–5 years of prior experience in high-volume banquet operations, preferably within the GCC.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Arabic proficiency considered an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong financial awareness along with effective leadership, adaptability, and creativity.</li>
<li>Strong coaching and employee development capabilities, with excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good F&B knowledge with understanding of menu planning.</li>

Commission rate renegotiation: - Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer. Advertisement sales: -Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at Shops, banners and newsletter. Generating food coupons, promotions and vouchers from existing Shops. Convince clients / restaurants for brand promotion of Talabat pictures. Transmission method optimization: -Convincing clients / Shops to implement a track order feature and changing the transmission method to WLA. Convince the Shop to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button). Encourage Shops to subscribe to the online payment gateway. Coordinate with the Shop, if the shop is live or active on the Talabat website, checking and resolving the reason, such as shutting down or stopping delivery.
