<p><h4>What will I be doing?</h4>
<p>A Chef de Cuisine contributes to menu creation and the managing and training of the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>

<p><b>Role Summary: </b>Responsible for conducting microbiological testing and quality monitoring of raw materials, water, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a water, juice, or dairy manufacturing environment.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished products. </li><li>Conduct environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and pathogen analysis. </li><li>Monitor and verify CIP/SIP systems and aseptic processing. </li><li>Investigate microbiological deviations and implement corrective actions (CAPA). </li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and accurate testing records. </li><li>Prepare laboratory reports and support internal and external audits. </li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and company quality standards</li></ul> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
