The IP provides Instructor & Operator (I/O) support, services and TADSS oversight required under W-TRS TDL 025 and reports directly to the in-country V2X-GTS Program Manager. The successful candidate must be a United States citizen, with proof of citizenship and a current U.S. passport. Standard work week is five (5) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s). **Required Hours:** Standard work week will be five (5) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s). **Responsibilities:** Provides (IO) support, services, and oversight for all KAF TADSS. + The Instructor/ Operator (IO) must be a trained and certified aviation educator, able to provide instruction and guidance on the AH-64 model D/E. + Instructor Operator provides advanced AH-64D/E flight instruction to student pilots in accordance with the Army Aircrew Training Manual. <p>Our client, a leading organization in the oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer to support critical TA26 projects at their PIC facility in Shuaiba, Kuwait. This temporary position plays a key role in delivering effective and efficient civil engineering design solutions that enhance plant output, performance and reliability within a demanding petrochemical environment.</p><br>
<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Provide robust civil engineering designs and solutions for TA26 projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety and durability of plant-related infrastructure.</li>
<li>Optimize civil designs to support maximum plant output and performance while aligning with technical, safety and operational standards.</li>
</ul><br><ul>
<li>8-15 years of total experience in civil engineering, including a minimum of 8 years of hands on Design Engineering within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry. You will bring deep familiarity with industry standards, plant conditions and project execution in complex brownfield environments.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, approved by the Kuwait Society of Engineers, ensuring compliance with local professional and regulatory requirements.</li>
