<p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>Responsible for the overall quality system and its implementation and management for the KAF Metrology Program. Exercises independent judgment on issues concerning ISO 17025 and KAF related quality documents. Performs trend analysis quarterly. Develops and maintains the laboratory quality manual and quality system using KAF command directives and standardized templates.</p>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<p>An associate’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, with at least ten (10) years of field experience. Includes qualification requirement OR completion of a U.S. military precision measurement and calibration program, a precision measurement and calibration school at an accredited school, or within a specialized calibration firm, and have twelve (12) years of work experience in the calibration field with extensive experience in QA. Includes qualification requirement C.</p>
<p>Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of calibration laboratory compliance and accreditation to ISO 17025.</p>
<p>Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.</p></p><p></p>

<p>The aircraft mechanic II - powerplant/engine – back shop mechanic (T700/701C/D, T55-714) with experience in all three MDS UH60, CH47 & AH64 performs and inspects aviation unit (AVUM), intermediate (AVIM) and depot maintenance on assigned aircraft systems.</p>
<p>Perform maintenance and repair of major assemblies and subassemblies of the T700/701C/D, T55-714 and auxiliary power units.</p>
<p>Inspect engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks.</p>
<p>Perform blade blending and blade replacement in cold section of powerplants.</p>
<p>Replace or repair worn or damaged components, such as generators, alternators, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves.</p>
<p>Ability to perform hot section inspections and determine replacement of hot section components (GG rotors, stators, fuel injectors, igniters, power turbine).</p>
<p>Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects.</p>
<p>Perform engine removal, replacement, reinstallation, and quick-change assembly (QCA) maintenance tasks.</p>
<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>

<li>Five (5) years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience is required.</li>
<li>With A&P: two (2) years aviation maintenance experience, and two (2) years' experience on MDS UH60, CH47, & AH64 is required.</li>
<li>Without A&P: must have three (3) years aviation maintenance experience, three (3) years rotary wing aircraft experience and two (2) years on the assigned mission design series UH-60, AH-64, CH-47 (MDS) to qualify.</li>

<li>Must be in possession of a valid U.S. passport for travel internationally. Passport must contain a minimum of 6 blank pages and 2 years remaining before expiration date.</li>

Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our executives can focus on driving the company forward. </p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ol><li>Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks to enhance productivity.</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, utilizing advanced software tools to create accurate documents and maintain versions.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently to create a seamless experience for attendees.</li><li>Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and databases - physical & electronic, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date to support the executive's operational needs.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring that sensitive materials are managed appropriately to protect the company's interests.</li><li>Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors to ensure that necessary resources are available for the executive team.</li><li>Process payments & reimbursements, handle petty cash, corporate card statements; review SOA & reconcile trip/event/stationary budgets.</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the smooth operation of the executive office.</li><li>Arrange all business & personal travel: flights, hotels, visas, ground transport and prepare detailed itineraries, packs, and contingency plans; support on-trip changes</li><li> Flexible to early/late hours and weekends when needed; travel with the CEO when required.</li><li> Handle selected personal tasks (appointments, household/vendor coordination) to support a blended business–personal schedule</li></ol> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
