<p>Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breaking guidelines. Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provide inputs. Check and make sure riders are using all talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc). At the same time flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gears to maintain brand consistency on the road. Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced. On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws.
