<p>KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer for a 5-year PMC contract for the supply of programme management services with Kuwait Oil Company. The contract serves to support KOC to achieve its objectives of reaching optimum capacity in its oilfields and enhancing its facilities by the most efficient and economical means available.</p>
<p>The contract aims to provide project management, coordination, planning, design, engineering, construction management, contracting, procurement, project controls, and other services for construction of new oil field facilities, upgrading of existing facilities, and transfer of technology.</p>
<h4>Primary Objectives</h4>
<p>Facilitate the development and effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets corporate, location, and contractual requirements.</p>
<p>Manage project service and product verification and inspection consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.</p>
<p>Manage project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits, and project quality reporting and review.</p>
<h4>Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills</h4>

<li>8 years industry experience</li>
<li>5 years post-graduation experience in oil and gas projects</li>
<li>3 years post-graduation experience in the same designation</li>

<li>Practical experience of plant and vendor inspection of all types of mechanical equipment typically required at oil and gas installations, both onshore and offshore</li>

<li>Effective planning and implementation of design control, verification, validation, and review activities</li>
<li>Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities</li>
<li>Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities</li>

Experience</strong>:</span></p><br><ul><li><span><span>Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline) from an accredited university</span></span></li><li><span>Minimum 8 years of total experience post graduate studies</span></li><li><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry</span></li><li><span>Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer or equivalent</span></li><li><span>Must have experienced in Inspections of all Stages of projects in Oil & Gas installations and construction QA/QC works. </span></li><li><span>Must have experience in developing, updating and maintaining in-house technical standards and specifications. </span></li><li><span>Fully conversant with NDE requirements and sour
