Performs O , I and authorized commercial repair of all CSE, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and Palletized Systems Equipment (PSE) in accordance with the KAF 4790.2 and applicable maintenance manuals. Performs scheduled, unscheduled, and other hourly or calendar inspections in accordance with the KAF 4790.2 and applicable publications. Troubleshoots, repairs, reworks and maintains hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems. Removes, adjusts, repairs and replaces/re-installs functional components and incorporates applicable technical directives and bulletins. Ensures the accurate entry of data into the locally used computer database system to document maintenance actions, monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, and maintain equipment records. Analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs CSE using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools.
