المسؤوليات الرئيسية:<br>- الحفاظ على سجل الأصول الثابتة للمجموعة وتحديثه بشكل مستمر.<br>- التحقق من وجود وحالة وموقع جميع الأصول من خلال عمليات الفحص المادي الدوري.<br>- التنسيق مع القسم المالي وقسم سلسلة التوريد بشأن رسملة الأصول، وترميزها، وتتبعها، وتسويتها.<br>- إدارة عمليات نقل الأصول، والتخلص منها، واستهلاكها.<br>- تأكيد توافر الأصول قبل الموافقة على المشتريات الجديدة.<br>- قيادة عمليات الجرد المادي الكامل في جميع المواقع.<br>- التأكد من تسجيل جميع بيانات الأصول ومطابقتها بدقة في نظام IFS Cloud ونظام إدارة الأصول الثابتة (FAM).<br>- دعم تنفيذ حلول ترميز الأصول (رموز الاستجابة السريعة QR / نظام تحديد المواقع GPS حيثما ينطبق).<br>- تطبيق سياسات الأصول الثابتة والضوابط الداخلية في جميع أنحاء المجموعة.<br>ما نبحث عنه:<br>- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، أو المالية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو الهندسة.<br>- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الأصول الثابتة، أو مراقبة الأصول، أو المحاسبة المالية.<br>- خبرة قوية في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات ERP (تعتبر الخبرة في نظام IFS Cloud ميزة إضافية).<br>- خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع محافظ أصول متعددة المواقع.<br>- خبرة عملية في التحقق من الأصول المادية ومراقبتها.<br>- مهارات قوية في التنسيق، والقيادة، والتحليل.<br>يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.
