<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><br>
<p>Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator should be able to handle all queries related to sea, air, overland freight for import / export shipments for various customers by following up and arranging required services, routing by coordinating with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and customs clearance teams by guiding the team for smooth execution of jobs. Should assist and enable by raising the standards of organizational operations and provide cost effective services.</p><br>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities: </strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Guide the team on day-to-day operations requirements.</li>
<li>Update respective customers with shipment status reports on a weekly basis or whenever required.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate with stakeholders to resolve any operation issues.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate with the vendors to make sure customer’s requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.</li>
<li>Coordinate with operation team to assure day to day execution of jobs.</li>
<li>To make sure that system is always updated with all the available information and data.</li>
<li>To maintain reporting to line manager with ongoing jobs and recommend solutions to streamline the operations.</li>
<li>Register new clients in CW1 and update all information about their orders. </li>

<p><strong><span>Candidate Requirements:</span></strong></p><br>

<li><span>Minimum qualification of ‘bachelor’s degree’ with proven work experience in the same position.</span></li>

<li>3 plus years of experience in a relevant role.</li>
<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Interest and experience in interacting with all levels and departments.</li>
<li><span>Well versed with freight forwarding operations of land, air, and sea and all land routes and borders to GCC and relevant Areas and business terminologies and procedures.</span></li>
