Competency in reading, comprehension and speaking the English language is necessary. Leads the assembly, disassembly and/or modification of systems by the change, removal, replacement or upgrade of aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes. Oversee assembly, disassembly or overhaul. Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment. Directs troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Oversees validation/verification testing of systems and components. Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results). Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements. Leads and supervises others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations). Provides training and mentors others. <p>About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead marine construction projects involving dredging, GRP pipeline installation, and intake tower structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with client requirements, international standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle including tendering, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
• Manage dredging operations including capital and maintenance dredging, reclamation, and material disposal
• Supervise installation of GRP pipelines including trenching, pipe laying, jointing, lamination, and backfilling in marine environments
• Lead construction of intake towers including piling, structural concrete, mechanical and electrical installations, and marine outfall structures
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts; ensure cost control
• Prepare, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Coordinate with design engineers, surveyors, marine superintendents, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
• Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction; attend progress meetings and present updates
• Ensure all project activities comply with local and international codes, standards, and regulations (ISO, BS, ASTM, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL)
• Manage subcontractors including dredging companies, pipeline installation specialists, and civil contractors
• Procure equipment, materials, and subcontractor services as required

<p>The MIR will assist with testing, checkout, maintenance and repair of all Patriot major end items. The MIR will provide the expertise necessary to assist with single repairs, and those repairs that involve multiple end items. The MIR will act as the primary point of contact for the contractor when information is required for repair actions, procedures, solutions, and provide support to KAF contact teams. Additionally, the MIR will assist with preparations, integration and demonstration of pre, and post C-3 modified systems. The MIR will provide in-depth system knowledge and field experience related to the theory of operation and troubleshooting skills required to resolve complex Patriot missile system Major End Items (MEI) electronic and mechanical problems. The MIR will provide day-to-day execution on the Kuwait Patriot TA program as well as demonstrate the ability to perform depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup and repair capability for Patriot Weapon System MEIs. The MIR must affect all electronic repairs on location with detailed system knowledge, the ability to use all the hardware and software tools currently available to Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance. <p>CACI is seeking a MI Systems Maintainer Integrator to support our mission critical program in Kuwait. The Opportunity: As the selected MI Systems Maintainer Integrator candidate, you will perform installation, integration, configuration, employment, preventive maintenance, precision alignment, detailed and complicated diagnostics, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, electronics monitoring and teardown of complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and systems supporting SIGINT, FISINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, CI, TECHINT, OSINT, and All Source Intelligence for tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, production and dissemination at all echelons from tactical to national in multi-domain environments. Responsibilities: Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks and coalition networks. Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment. Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems. Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and other complex and specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic, and logic diagrams. Repair analog and fiber optics cables. Perform pre and post flight inspections on Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) mission equipment and data link. Submit standard and non-standard repair parts requests. Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment. Prepare maintenance, property accountability, and transportation forms and records. Information assurance certifications for Tier I and II computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance are desired. US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance is required Willing to work shift work, to include weekends and potentially holidays.</p>
