Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p><strong>Program Start Date: January 2027</strong></p><br><p><strong>About:</strong> This program is tailored for <strong>Kuwaiti Nationals</strong>, aiming to accelerate Kuwaiti employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.</p><br><p><strong>Program overview: </strong>This internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.</p><br><p><strong>Program Details: The 6 months, full-time</strong> program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)</p><br><p><strong>Phase one</strong>: <em>Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)</em></p><br><ul><li>Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.</li><li>Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.</li><li>Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.</li></ul><p><strong>Phase two:</strong> <em>On-the-job training (5 months)</em></p><br><ul><li>Joining as an <strong>CSA</strong> for on-the-job shadowing and training.</li><li>Mentorship and coaching sessions.</li><li>Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.</li><li>Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><br><ul><li>Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business and information technology (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.</li><li>Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams, using established channels.</li><li>Solicits input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products. demonstrates basic technical concepts and proves those design solutions capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner.</li><li>Supports research projects and contributes to scoping surveys for customers/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs or process changes.</li><li>Participates in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal team.</li><li>Participates in discussions around architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that result in production deployment application and increase customer business value.
