<p>The <b>Cosmetic Manufacturing & Formulation Specialist</b> will be responsible for developing, testing, improving and manufacturing cosmetic and personal care formulations, including body creams, hair creams, soaps, oils, lotions, and other related products. The role involves working with raw materials, production and chemicals, ensuring product quality and stability, and maintaining proper formulation and testing records.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop and formulate new cosmetic and personal care products according to product requirements and specifications.</li><li>Prepare and test formulations for creams, hair creams, lotions, liquid and solid soaps, oils, and other cosmetic products.</li><li>Select suitable raw materials, ingredients, preservatives, fragrances, colors, emulsifiers, surfactants, and other chemical components.</li><li>Have practical hands-on experience in the <b>manufacturing and production of cosmetic and personal care products</b>, not only formulation development.</li><li>Conduct laboratory trials, samples, and formulation adjustments to achieve the required product performance, appearance, texture, stability, and quality.</li><li>Operate and understand the manufacturing process of cosmetic products from <b>raw material preparation and weighing through mixing, heating, cooling, homogenization, and final processing</b> as applicable to each product.</li><li>Work closely with the Production team to ensure that formulations are <b>practical, manufacturable, and suitable for production equipment</b>. Understand and control the correct <b>order of addition, mixing time, temperature, speed, and processing conditions</b> required for different cosmetic products.</li><li>Test the compatibility and performance of raw materials and finished formulations.</li><li>Conduct stability and basic quality tests on formulations and finished products.</li><li>Troubleshoot formulation problems such as separation, viscosity changes, instability, odor, color changes, or other quality issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of formulations, laboratory trials, test results, raw material usage, and formulation changes.</li><li>Ensure that chemicals and raw materials are handled, stored, and used safely and according to company procedures.</li><li>Follow laboratory, chemical handling, personal hygiene, and occupational safety procedures.</li><li>Support the development of new products and improvement of existing products based on customer or market requirements.</li><li>Investigate formulation and production issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping of the laboratory and formulation area.</li><li>Coordinate with Purchasing when new raw materials or ingredients are required for formulation and development.</li><li>Perform any other duties related to formulation, product development, and chemical laboratory activities as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>

<p>TASK DESCRIPTION: The Security Coordinator reports directly to the Deputy Site Manager and is responsible for developing and overseeing the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) and Cyber Security. The individual reviews and submits all security related records and submissions of required US Government accounting reports/ Security CDRLs to the Deputy Site manager. The individual requires solid technical skills and experience for the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for and disposition of secure material.</p><p>TASK REQUIREMENTS:</p><ol><li>Develop and oversee the KAF-18E/F Aircraft/System PPIP.</li><li>Responsible for supporting the receipt, custody, issue, safeguarding, accounting for, and disposition of secure material.</li><li>Assisting with shipping of secure parts and product material weighing up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Utilize and update as required the existing Boeing PPIP Document Control Number Boeing-STL 2011A0016 under contract N00019-09-C-0019 addressing the requirements of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Aircraft / Systems Program in the execution of this contract.</li><li>Follow the PPIP in accordance with Secretary of the Navy Instruction (SECNAVINST) 5510.36A, Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5200.01 Vols. 1-4 and Secretary of the Navy Memorandum (SECNAV M)-5510.36.</li><li>Provide a review of the PPIP at least semi-annually and update it as required, based on revised information provided by the Government, or because of changes in the KAI procedures. Upon completion of review, if no updates are required, the Contractor shall submit a letter stating that the currently approved PPIP addresses the requirements of the PPP for the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G Aircraft / Systems Program in the execution of all current tasks/delivery orders.</li><li>Ensures that PPIP and Operational Security (OPSEC) unique training is performed at least annually for personnel with access to sensitive, technical, and Critical Program Information (CPI) / CC / CS / CT information. This training will be conducted in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5200.39, to include all Contractor developed PPIP requirements and emphasizing the changes in the latest version of the Contractors PPIP.</li><li>Inspect and review all contract secure areas to ensure no breeches to security will occur.</li><li>Adhere to COMSEC and OPSEC regulations/</li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>MINIMUM PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ol><li>Military hands-on experience of 10 years or more as Security or Intelligence Specialist working with sensitive information and parts, including adherence to COMSEC and OPSEC regulations.</li><li>Associates Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical certifications or training; or work experience.</li><li>A US Secret Security Clearance is required.</li></ol>

The contract serves to support KOC to achieve its objectives of reaching optimum capacity in its oilfields and enhancing its facilities by the most efficient and economical means available.</p>
<p>The contract aims to provide project management, coordination, planning, design, engineering, construction management, contracting, procurement, project controls and other services for construction of new oil field facilities, upgrading of existing facilities, and transfer of technology.</p>
<h4>Primary objectives</h4>
<p>To ensure mechanical equipment design integrity whilst leading the mechanical equipment engineering group on specific projects.<br>
To provide specialist rotating equipment input to conceptual studies, FEEDs and detailed design for oil and gas developments.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that design is fully compliant with project specification and client, international and local standards.</li>
<li>Preparation of specifications for, and evaluation of, rotating equipment packages.</li>
<li>Perform engineering design as required.</li>
<li>Duties will include conceptual design and specification of rotating and packaged equipment and review of EPC’s detailed designs, technical bid evaluation and vendor documentation.</li>
<li>Allocate work to team members. Ensure that within assigned team, personnel work within their competencies and with appropriate supervision.</li>
<li>Quality assurance – responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the quality assurance system.</li>
<li>Safety – responsible for personal safety and safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure that conceptual and detail design work is appropriate for the complexity of the construction tasks and achieving a good balance between design costs and implementation costs.</li>

<h4>Mandatory requirements</h4>

<li>Engineering degree in a relevant discipline</li>
<li>15 years of total post graduation experience</li>
<li>10 years mechanical design experience in the oil and gas environment</li>

<li>A minimum of 3 years in automation software</li>

<h4>Essential skills / experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Hands on experience with large gas turbine driven compressors, pumps, generators packages is mandatory. Experience of other packaged equipment is desirable.</li>
<li>Experience with the development of layouts for new facilities</li>
<li>Experienced in the specification for, evaluation of and documentation for rotating equipment packages in a PMC environment would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Ability to work in accordance with broad technical guidelines and with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Ability to work on multiple assignments to tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them.</li>
