<p>Carry out general activities related to lifting, rigging & slinging of all loads lifted and moved by cranes and other lifting equipment, housekeeping, chipping, painting and repair of equipment in a proper & timely manner to ensure a safe & efficient operation.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>General duties:</strong> Performs general duties in such a manner which results in achieving the operating plan and objectives set forth by the Driller and STP that includes Safety, operating expectation and rig appearance and housekeeping. Supply the drill floor with tubulars, drilling tools and equipment as required. Liaise and co-operate with the Driller and Assistant Driller to ensure the safe and smooth running of operations.</p><p><strong>Materials & Equipment:</strong> Ensures that lifting material and equipment are properly maintained, stored, inspected, and returned to its proper storage location in a condition where its ready to be used as per directed. Ensure thread protectors are properly installed on drill pipes, drill collars & crossovers that are being hoisted or stored.</p><p><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Ensures that the work area is clean and organized, free of hazards prior to & upon completing the work tasks, or repairs. Ensure that housekeeping standards in all areas are in accordance with Company requirements. Disposes of debris as per the company hazardous material segregations policy/waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects. Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint as directed. Secure the current work area or operation before evacuating during emergency situations or drill.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> High School or Technical Degree Preferably 1 year of working experience preferably in similar Oil and Gas industries. Minimum age 20 years up to 27 years old.</p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong> Elementary level of English language. Basic Mathematical skills adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying . Situation Awareness / self-motivation, Teamwork, Time management / Managing work.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Frequent climbing (stairs, ladders). <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Supervise and control the entire drilling operation activities during the night shift, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with Senior Tool Pusher or deputize for the Senior Tool Pusher when required. At all times considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p>Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor and other drilling operation associated areas. Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client s requirements. Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by STP, and that Client representative has documented in written form, and that necessary management of change or deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts. Consult with the STP and Client s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans. Ensure that space-out drawings are correct and are posted in the drillers cabin. Overseeing that post-jarring sheet are filled out and understood by the driller. Relieve the Driller at the Driller s console as operational requirement demands. Ensures that all necessary equipment is ready for the next phase of the Drilling / Workover program and that necessary rig procedures, including JSA and PTW, are prepared on time and with good quality for the actual operations. Assists & supervises drilling crew at the location at all relevant times, ensuring circulating time is sufficient and the well is stable on trips, when the BHA is being worked and whenever there is a hole problem. Operates the drilling unit with strict adherence to company Drilling & Well Control manuals, by reviewing and approving all drilling related work permits.</p><p>Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements - assist in supervising well killing operations in any well control situation. Plans & monitors comprehensive well control parameters to proactively identify any signs of well control issues for early detection and swift response. Maintains and regularly tests well control equipment, in accordance with Company s and Client s requirement, ensuring its readiness and effectiveness in critical situations. Perform all well control calculations (i.e., mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressures, number of strokes, etc.).</p><p>To be part of the Rig s Emergency Response Team as detailed in the Emergency Plan and Company Procedures. Ensure that all personnel are instructed in the procedures to be adopted in the case of an emergency. Ensure that Well Control and general safety drills are held and recorded in accordance with Company requirements.</p><p>Assist STP in ensuring the location has sufficient stock of parts and materials to perform drilling and associated operations as per contractual requirements. Ensure planned maintenance and repair of drilling equipment including draw-works, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table, and BOP are completed and documented to ensure optimum condition and proper availability of required tools. Responsible for housekeeping standards in all drilling areas, sack store and mud pump room.</p><p>Support STP in planning all related rigs move activities, equipment, supplies, personnel in compliance with the Rig move Procedures. Assesses the current and new location, considering factors such as safety, lifting equipment availability at location, preparation for rig-up operations, Supervise the Rig move team during rigging down and rigging up activities to ensure they are followed efficiently and safely.</p><p>Develops and maintains positive working relationships with other department heads, supervisors, operator's representatives, subcontractors, and all personnel on the rig. Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.</p><p>Maintains proper logs and records, promptly submitting required reports as per company protocols and regulatory standards. Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance. Review all operational/technical bulletins, communicate pertinent points to crew members and implement all directives as required. Assist STP in initiating, monitoring, and recording all maintenance and repairs work in collaboration with maintenance department.</p><p>Provide clear instructions to their team regarding their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work. Mentor, develop and train their team to ensure safe and effective operations. Project Management Plan and organize daily cleaning schedules. Ensure projects are completed within the allocated time. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Handle urgent customer requests and schedule changes. Report project completion to the Operations Manager. Quality Control Inspect all completed work before customer handover. Ensure cleaning standards meet company requirements. Resolve quality issues immediately. Follow up on customer feedback and implement improvements. Maintain consistent service quality across all projects. Customer Service Greet customers professionally and explain the work plan. Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the team. Handle customer questions and minor complaints professionally. Escalate major issues to management when necessary. Administrative Duties Record staff attendance and punctuality. Prepare daily job completion reports. Monitor team performance and productivity. Assist management with staff evaluations and performance reviews.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br> High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Certificate or training in cleaning services, facilities management, or housekeeping is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of professional cleaning experience.
