Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint as directed. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Supervise and control the entire drilling operation activities during the night shift, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with Senior Tool Pusher or deputize for the Senior Tool Pusher when required. At all times considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p>Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor and other drilling operation associated areas. Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client s requirements. Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by STP, and that Client representative has documented in written form, and that necessary management of change or deviation is approved in Synergi prior to operation starts. Consult with the STP and Client s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans. Ensure that space-out drawings are correct and are posted in the drillers cabin. Overseeing that post-jarring sheet are filled out and understood by the driller. Relieve the Driller at the Driller s console as operational requirement demands. Ensures that all necessary equipment is ready for the next phase of the Drilling / Workover program and that necessary rig procedures, including JSA and PTW, are prepared on time and with good quality for the actual operations. Assists &amp; supervises drilling crew at the location at all relevant times, ensuring circulating time is sufficient and the well is stable on trips, when the BHA is being worked and whenever there is a hole problem. Operates the drilling unit with strict adherence to company Drilling &amp; Well Control manuals, by reviewing and approving all drilling related work permits.</p><p>Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements - assist in supervising well killing operations in any well control situation. Plans &amp; monitors comprehensive well control parameters to proactively identify any signs of well control issues for early detection and swift response. Maintains and regularly tests well control equipment, in accordance with Company s and Client s requirement, ensuring its readiness and effectiveness in critical situations. Perform all well control calculations (i.e., mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressures, number of strokes, etc.).</p><p>To be part of the Rig s Emergency Response Team as detailed in the Emergency Plan and Company Procedures. Ensure that all personnel are instructed in the procedures to be adopted in the case of an emergency. Ensure that Well Control and general safety drills are held and recorded in accordance with Company requirements.</p><p>Assist STP in ensuring the location has sufficient stock of parts and materials to perform drilling and associated operations as per contractual requirements. Ensure planned maintenance and repair of drilling equipment including draw-works, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table, and BOP are completed and documented to ensure optimum condition and proper availability of required tools. Responsible for housekeeping standards in all drilling areas, sack store and mud pump room.</p><p>Support STP in planning all related rigs move activities, equipment, supplies, personnel in compliance with the Rig move Procedures. Assesses the current and new location, considering factors such as safety, lifting equipment availability at location, preparation for rig-up operations, Supervise the Rig move team during rigging down and rigging up activities to ensure they are followed efficiently and safely.</p><p>Develops and maintains positive working relationships with other department heads, supervisors, operator's representatives, subcontractors, and all personnel on the rig. Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.</p><p>Maintains proper logs and records, promptly submitting required reports as per company protocols and regulatory standards. Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance. Review all operational/technical bulletins, communicate pertinent points to crew members and implement all directives as required. The supervisor is responsible for planning daily work, training junior staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring proper use of equipment and cleaning materials.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Team Leadership Lead and supervise junior cleaning staff on all assigned projects. Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity. Ensure team members follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards. Train, coach, and mentor new and junior cleaners. Conduct on-site quality inspections before leaving each project. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct among staff. Residential & Commercial Cleaning<br><br>Supervise And Participate In Cleaning Services For<br><br> Houses and apartments. Villas. Offices and corporate premises. Retail shops. Warehouses and storage facilities. Schools, clinics, and other commercial properties. Move-in and move-out cleaning. Deep cleaning and post-renovation cleaning. Project Management Plan and organize daily cleaning schedules. Ensure projects are completed within the allocated time. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies. Handle urgent customer requests and schedule changes. Report project completion to the Operations Manager. Quality Control Inspect all completed work before customer handover. Ensure cleaning standards meet company requirements. Resolve quality issues immediately. Follow up on customer feedback and implement improvements. Maintain consistent service quality across all projects. Customer Service Greet customers professionally and explain the work plan. Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the team. Handle customer questions and minor complaints professionally. Escalate major issues to management when necessary. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Equipment & Inventory Ensure proper use of cleaning machines, tools, and chemicals. Monitor inventory levels and request additional supplies when required. Maintain equipment in good working condition. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment promptly. Health & Safety Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Verify that all staff wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). Train staff in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report accidents, incidents, or hazards immediately. Promote a safe and organized work environment. Administrative Duties Record staff attendance and punctuality. Prepare daily job completion reports. Monitor team performance and productivity. Report customer feedback, incidents, and operational issues. Assist management with staff evaluations and performance reviews.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br> High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Certificate or training in cleaning services, facilities management, or housekeeping is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of professional cleaning experience. At least 1–2 years of experience supervising cleaning teams. Valid driving licence is preferred.<br><br>Skills<br><br> Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning techniques. Experience with cleaning equipment, machines, and chemicals. Strong organizational and planning skills.
