<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, deep cleaning carpet, touch-up painting, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, ensuring that all appliances are present in the room and in working order, cleaning and replacing light fixtures, and inspecting grout and caulking. Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines (e.g., GCPM, CARE, Make Ready Team, Perfect Room Team). Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment as required and miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.<br>Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. <p>A Fire Lieutenant is a work leader (crew-chief) responsible for directing and participating in the work of the crew of one piece of firefighting apparatus. Typically, the crew chief performs the following. Directs the crew in firefighting activities, working from specific orders from higher level supervisors at the scene; directs and participates in practice drills and training classes for the assigned crew; directs the crew in fire protection inspection functions; assigns crew members to station maintenance work such as cleaning equipment; prepares reports for the supervisor concerning fire runs, training, inspection, or other topics; and takes charge of all firefighting activities at the scene of a fire in the absence of the supervisor. EPP III, Generator (3 - 150KW) and HVAC Technician Kuwait, Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and services on all types of military and commercial generators and HVAC systems used by the U.S. Army to include the 150kW EPP III generators. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Generator and HVAC Mechanic, the work you ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Worldwide Field Support contract for the U.S. Army. You ll play a crucial role in providing on-site technical and maintenance assistance, analyzing complex technical problems, and providing training to site operations and maintenance personnel. Perform maintenance and sustainment support on 3kW to 150kW, 500 0hz generators involving installation and removal of generators from fixed and mobile locations, troubleshoots and repair alternating current (AC) systems, direct current (DC) systems, electronic control systems and other program logic controls, electrical wiring and accessories. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Chillers, and Environmental Control Units some are standalone units and others are mounted on trailers and vehicles. Maintain all types of commercial power generation equipment; military spec generators and Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS). Operate a Load bank during testing Fabricate wire harnesses and solder terminals. Some work will be in a generator shop environment, and some work will be in a field environment. <p><h4>What will I be doing?</h4>
<p>As guest relations executive, you will directly address the needs of VIP guests and inform other team members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional guest experience. A guest relations executive is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>

<li>Meet, greet and direct guests who enter the lobby area</li>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements</li>

<li>Serve as a point of contact for long-stay guests of 14 days or longer ensuring they feel comfortable and can ask advice or information from guest relations</li>
