WAN Engineers performs operation and maintenance (O&M) for the RCC-SWA enterprise network infrastructure. WAN Engineers will ensure stability and provide daily support of a geographically dispersed Wide Area Network Infrastructure and are responsible for design, troubleshooting, optimization, administration, change management and technical documentation. Responsibilities + Responsible for maintaining and operating routers and switches throughout the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility. Rather than functioning as a traditional planning department, the Office ensures that institutional strategy is translated into measurable outcomes through performance management, executive reporting, and strategic technology evaluation.
