Conduct routine inspections, diagnostic testing, and preventive maintenance on GIS systems to identify and address potential issues. Troubleshoot complex GIS malfunctions, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions. Develop and execute maintenance procedures and schedules in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to technicians and engineers on GIS operation and maintenance. Collaborate with engineering and project teams on GIS design reviews, upgrades, retrofits, and modifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, testing results, and equipment performance data. Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements during GIS operations and maintenance activities. Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and recommendations related to GIS performance and reliability. Support emergency response activities and provide timely assistance during critical equipment failures, as required. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) systems. Strong knowledge of GIS components, operating principles, and common failure modes. Proven experience in GIS installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Familiarity with applicable international and national electrical safety standards and regulations. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings. <p><b>Job Purpose:</b></p><ol><li>To ensure the successful execution of low voltage and ICT projects with strict adherence to QA/QC standards, while providing presales technical support and managing site activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.</li></ol><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare and review <b>technical & commercial proposals</b> for tenders and company projects.</li><li>Manage <b>QA/QC activities</b>, including preparation and review of SAT, FAT, ITP, NCR, and punch list closure.</li><li>Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage systems such as:</li><li>CCTV</li><li>Access Control Systems</li><li>Gate Barrier & Parking Management Systems</li><li>Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems</li><li>Audio Visual Systems</li><li>BMS (Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell)</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.</li><li>Attend clarification meetings with clients and follow up on approvals.</li><li>Prepare site reports, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.</li><li>Manage <b>handover documentation</b> and ensure smooth project delivery.</li><li>Stay updated with market requirements and general specifications.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
