<p><b>Collaboration & Coordination: </b></p><ul><li>Define cost control execution strategy, develop & implement cost controls processes, practices and work instructions</li><li>Define project structure, develop & maintain the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and cost breakdown structure (CBS)</li><li>Drive process improvements - Lead initiatives to improve cost control processes, enhancing project efficiency and predictability</li><li>Risk Mitigation - Develop proactive strategies to identify and mitigate cost-related risks across all project phases</li><li>Stakeholder Relations - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making</li><li>Lead initiatives to improve cost control processes, enhancing project efficiency, </li><li>Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate cost status and potential risks to key stakeholders</li></ul><p><b>Cost Control & Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Work with the estimate team to cascade the estimate into the control budget</li><li>Develop a control account system</li><li>Support PO generation and update process, Track actual cost, Review and coordinate invoices & approval and Develop & update cost reporting</li><li>Date Driven Decision making - Analyze project cost reports to support strategic planning and improve decision-making processes</li><li>Trend - Performance analysis - Conduct trend analysis on cost performance metrics to identify patterns and anticipate potential issues</li><li>KIP development - Establish, oversee, maintain and provide analysis on cost controls reporting, including earned value management EVM, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI)</li><li>continuously monitor cost against the forecast, identifying variances and potential budget overruns</li></ul><p><b>Checks & Balances:</b></p><ul><li>Audit - compliance - Conduct regular audits of data & reports and invoices to maintain compliance with contracts and improve accountability</li><li>Lead cost review and change management meetings and secure approvals for major changes as needed and directed by management</li><li>Variance analysis - Track progress against baseline, analyze deviations</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
