<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Associate Degree OR three years of relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence Operations</p><p>At least four years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field Analysis experience with the following MOS 35G, 350G, 12Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF 1N151X OR other DoD OR Government agency equivalent specialty codes</p><p>Individual must possess TS/SCI Clearance</p><p>Expert knowledge of basic and advanced GEOINT imagery interpretation principles, techniques, and procedures for imagery exploitation, analysis and production operations</p><p>Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills</p><p>Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations</p><p>Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects, reports, and presentations</p><p>Knowledge and experience in GEOINT production operations</p><p></p></section>

The ideal candidate should have excellent flower care knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create high-quality floral arrangements that meet our standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate hand bouquets and floral arrangements to a high standard.Design and prepare arrangements in floral foam, including stands, boxes, baskets, and other floral concepts.Follow existing designs accurately while maintaining consistency and quality.Develop new floral designs and arrangement ideas when requested.Quickly accept and process orders from delivery platforms and execute ordered arrangements in a timely manner.Receive, process, condition, and care for fresh flowers to maximize quality and vase life.Monitor flower quality and communicate with suppliers regarding flower condition, availability, and product requirements.Assist walk-in customers and provide professional recommendations when needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, refrigeration units, and floral materials.Ensure all arrangements are prepared with attention to detail and presented to premium standards.Support daily shop operations and contribute to a positive working environment.<br> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills">Previous experience in floristry is mandatory.Strong knowledge of flower care, conditioning, hydration, and storage procedures.Ability to create both hand bouquets and floral foam arrangements.Familiarity with the types of flowers commonly used in Kuwait and their names.Understanding of premium and classic floristry styles.Creative mindset with the ability to develop new arrangement concepts when required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to communicate in both English and Arabic.Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.<br> </div>
