Under the supervision of the Site Manager , the Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact for a large facility U.S. Government Operations and Maintenance support services for light construction projects located in Kuwait. <p><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p>The Asset Manager is accountable for the effective management, performance and value optimization of AEPCo’s operating and future renewable energy assets. This role provides central oversight of technical, operational, commercial, financial and contractual performance throughout the asset lifecycle, working closely with internal teams, contractors, off-takers, lenders, regulators and other key stakeholders.</p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p><b>Asset & Performance Management</b></p><p>• Manage the performance of AEPCo’s renewable energy assets, ensuring energy yield, availability, revenue and profitability meet or exceed approved targets.</p><p>• Establish and monitor asset and portfolio KPIs, identify underperformance and lead <p><b>Basic Scope of Job:</b></p><p>Drive Managed Security Services (MSSP) sales, develop new business, manage key accounts, and grow recurring cybersecurity service revenue and profitability.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>1. Sales & Business Development:</b></p><ul><li>Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified cybersecurity opportunities.</li><li>Conduct prospecting through customer visits, referrals, networking, events, tenders, and digital channels.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and gross-margin targets.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract signing and customer handover.</li><li>Drive recurring revenue and long-term managed security service contracts.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>2. Customer Requirement & Solution Development:</b></p><ul><li>Meet customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges, risks, compliance requirements, and existing security infrastructure.</li><li>Identify gaps in the customer’s current security environment.</li><li>Work with presales engineers, SOC teams, security architects, and vendors to develop appropriate MSSP solutions.</li><li>Prepare service proposals, solution presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), RFP/RFQ responses, and quotations.</li><li>Coordinate technical workshops, demonstrations, assessments, and proof-of-concept activities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>4. Account Management:</b></p><ul><li>Establish relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Security Managers, Risk Managers, and Procurement teams.</li><li>Manage existing MSSP accounts and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with service delivery teams to address commercial or service-related issues.</li><li>Drive long-term managed-services contracts, contract renewals, and recurring revenue.</li><li>Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the service lifecycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>5. Commercial Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals within approved pricing and margin guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors, technology partners, and distributors.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms, service scope, pricing, SLAs, and renewal conditions.</li><li>Track proposals, purchase orders, contracts, renewals, and payments.</li><li>Ensure MSSP opportunities meet required profitability and business objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>6.
