<p>We are a tier recycling start up , looking for a “Production Manager” to <u>Plan & Supervise </u>&nbsp;&nbsp;all operation related works inside the production hall from tracking raw material inventory + training plan for labors +accommodation& status + safety standers + production prosses + maintenance planning & implementations + production targets accumulation, <u>mostly like a foot ball coach for the factory.</u></p><ol type="1"><li><p>Responsibilities<u>:</u></p></li></ol><p>a-Lead & Operate all production aspects inside the factory to the aim of reaching production target MOSTLY MECHANICAL WORKS.</p><p>b.Designe & Enforce <strong><u>SOP</u></strong> to ensure smooth and cooperative work environment. </p><br><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p> . Requirements Leadership Skills , Eng degree , 5 years’ experience in any recycling related works preferably rubber or plastic , knowledge in shredders machinery and pressing machines like bricks making machines. </p>
