<span>Long Description <br><br>Job Summary <br></span><p>The checker is responsible for ensuring that all goods are delivered to showrooms in order and on time. Also responsible for carrying out store transfers and returns back to warehouse including HU and materials as and when required.</p><br>
<br><br>Job Responsibilities <br><p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <br>
1. Checker to come to Jahra warehouse at allotted time.<br>
2. Checker to be aware of the showroom he will be catering to and likewise wait at the dock for that particular showroom.<br>
3. Once item is picked, warehouse packer to be available at the allotted dock for that particular showroom for packing the goods and checker to assist him in the task<br>
4. Checker to pack the items in HU (roll cages / pallets) once the warehouseman confirms item packed in RF device (scanned).<br>
5. Items to be stacked in roll cages as per best practices and checker to ensure no item is damaged once packing completed in good order. In case of damages witnessed prior to packing, checker to inform the warehouseman for providing another pc without damages and warehouseman to oblige.<br>
6. Once packing is completed, checker to approach the warehouse documentation team for preparation of the packing list roll cage wise and creation of sts along with gate pass.<br>
7. Checker along with driver to ensure truck is sealed by security prior to dispatch.<br>
8. On reaching showroom, checker to ensure showroom security opens seal after confirming seal intact along with showroom storekeeper.<br>
9. Checker to offload all cargoes from truck in presence of showroom security and storekeeper.<br>
10. Checker to ensure each piece is scanned one at a time by showroom personnel and likewise ensure all items are checked, delivered and received by the storekeeper both physically and in system. Piece by piece all items to be transferred to another roll cage and checked which will avoid discrepancies.<br>
11. Checker to obtain sign of the storekeeper responsible and likewise ensure discrepancy form too is acknowledged by both parties.<br>
12. In case of discrepancies, checker to once again check thoroughly all items and confirm the discrepancy. In case of actual discrepancy, checker to request the storekeeper to reverse the item in case of damage or shortage and provide sts copy along with marking the same on the discrepancy form.<br>
13. On completion of the replenishment process, checker to collect all the HU and ensure it is returned back to Jahra warehouse the same day for re utilization the following day.<br>
14. Checker to proceed for further tasks allocated to him by his superiors and complete them successfully. <br>

<p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) II inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis. Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection. Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center. Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action. Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations. Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data. Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems. Detect flaws such as cracks, delamination s, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrate testing, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment. Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors. Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment. Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools. Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment. Perform silver recovery functions. Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials. <p>With a valid (FAA) A&P certificate (preferred), two (2) years of aviation maintenance experience, two (2) years rotary wing aircraft experience, and two (2) years on the assigned MDS UH-60 aircraft is required. (See below for requirements without A&P).</p>
<p>Valid US passport and US citizenship is required to obtain the NAC-I clearance and for facility access.</p>
<p>Remove and install aircraft subsystem assemblies and components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components.</p>

<p>Maintain and repair aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.</p>
<p>Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and use required expertise in restoring equipment condition and/or operation.</p>

<h4>Minimum requirements</h4>

The Assistant Site Manager/Fuels OM&R Manager (ASM) is responsible for meeting the Fuels Systems operation, maintenance and repair work requirements according to the performance work statement to include scheduling of personnel, work supervision and quality control. The ASM shall provide management support for the whole work scope of Warm Base Facilities Maintenance, Exercise/Operations Support and Real-World Deployment operating support services as well. The Site Manager (SM)/Assistant Site Manager (ASM) team plans, monitors and controls all project activities through the use of functional area-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures Quality and Safety requirements are met or exceeded. Services provided shall include inspections, preventive maintenance, corrosion control and system operational analysis for Real Property, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Fuel Systems and Building Control Systems for Warm Base Maintenance Services in order to provide full operational capability within 7 days’ notice of an exercise at the base. If an exercise/operation is extended, the SM/ASM shall stand up operations to support MWR, billeting, custodial and DFAC services for inbound units. The ASM shall function as the SM in his/her absence and works with a Fuel Systems Technician to provide safe, efficient, accurate and environmentally responsible services and products. Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: + Responsible for oversight and performance of preventative and operator maintenance, repair and inspection to maintain all fuel distribution systems and equipment as listed in the performance work statement. Tool Control, HAZMAT, FOD, MetCal, etc…) as required by local policies. + Must be willing and able to comply with all program functional requirements to include but not limited to: The performance of “I” Level maintenance functions in support of In-Flight Refueling Reel/system maintenance, NLG & MLG Tire re-building, MLG Brake repair/rebuilding, Battery maintenance support, and Oxygen Regulator testing/repair. + Must be willing and able to deploy off-site as required to support Kuwait Air Force operations. + Must be willing to work flexible hours, to include day shift, night shift or weekend duty and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team as required. + Must have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and follow instructions when directed on assigned tasks. + Must have skills and aptitude to cross train and/or support other maintenance technicians in completing assigned maintenance actions, to include but not limited to: The performance and completion of daily inspections (including the ability to inspect/sign off on all associated aircraft maintenance/technician specialties), marshalling/recovering aircraft, fueling, towing, mooring, and conducting post flight procedures to ensure aircraft are properly secured upon completion of maintenance. + As a Subject Matter Expert, must be willing to perform in-depth research, troubleshoot, and perform “O” and “I” level maintenance functions on all applicable aircraft systems and components necessary to return aircraft to a Full Mission Capable status; this includes determining material requirements, researching part numbers, ordering, tracking, and receiving materials as required to facilitate aircraft inspections/repairs. + Must be able to communicate directly with the customer, pilots, air crew members, management, and maintenance personnel to gather and relay pertinent data/information necessary to ensure aircraft depart timely and launches are not delayed. + Must have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications—read, interpret, follow and comprehend schematic diagrams, drawings, charts and technical publications. + Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create/modify briefs, spreadsheets, and formal requests/documentation. + Must have an in-depth knowledge (aircraft/vehicle movement and safety/hazards) of flight line operations. + Must be able to overcome cultural differences and to think outside the box, innovate, and provide solutions to the many complex problems and obstacles associated with international contracting and desert climate operations. + Must perform as a team member, contributing to the success of the C-130J maintenance department. + Must be dependable and timely in managing assigned tasks, perform consistent quality maintenance. + Must have a proven ability to work independently with minimal direction. Material & Equipment Directly Used Must have a working knowledge of and be proficient with (input and extract data) of computers, aircraft data debriefing and diagnostic software (DTADS), and maintenance information systems. Working Environment Environmental conditions are diverse and could range anywhere from an office environment where there is little or no physical discomfort to an environment where inclement weather may subject individuals to severe changes in temperature, less than adequate lighting, dust and wind. On occasion individuals may be required to work in areas where high noise hazards will prevail, and hearing protection is required.
