About the Role

Raw Life is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive Store Support Assistant to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. This role supports the daily operations of the store by ensuring cleanliness, assisting the team when needed, and helping maintain a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Associate with daily store operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the store, including the customer area, coffee station, storage, and restrooms.
• Wash dishes and ensure all equipment, utensils, and workstations are clean and organized.
• Restock products, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other store essentials.
• Assist with preparing simple beverages and serving customers during busy periods.
• Help receive deliveries, organize inventory, and store stock properly.
• Dispose of waste and recycling regularly while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed throughout the day and before closing.
• Support the team with any additional operational tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, cafés, or retail is an advantage.
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Basic English communication skills.
