The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operation, maintaining production quality, coordinating with site and dispatch teams, and following all safety and operational procedures.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Operate the asphalt plant control system and monitor the full production process.</li><li>Ensure asphalt mix is produced according to approved mix designs and required specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with the laboratory, production team, loader operator, drivers, and site representatives.</li><li>Monitor material feeding, burner operation, temperature, weighing system, bitumen supply, and production output.</li><li>Report any mechanical, electrical, or operational issues to the maintenance team.</li><li>Maintain daily production records, material consumption records, and plant operation reports.</li><li>Ensure proper startup and shutdown procedures are followed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions around the plant.</li><li>Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe conditions immediately.</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Previous experience as an Asphalt Plant Operator is required.</p><p>Good knowledge of asphalt production process, aggregate feeding, bitumen system, burner operation, and temperature control.</p><p>Ability to operate computerized plant control systems.</p><p>Basic understanding of asphalt mix designs and quality requirements.</p><p>Ability to identify operational problems and coordinate with maintenance staff.</p><p>Good communication and teamwork skills.</p><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.</p><p>Commitment to safety procedures and plant housekeeping.</p><p>Previous experience in Kuwait or GCC asphalt plants is preferred.</p></div>
