Pegasus systems integration specialists and factory-trained technicians are experts in wireless radio frequency network and ERP integration solutions, enterprise labelling, barcode printers, scanners, mobile computing, terminal and software technologies.</p><p>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Responsible for Business development for ERP software business activities</li><li>Actively participate in the advertising, distribution and marketing of the goods &amp; services of the company</li><li>Representing the company at different places such as conferences, meetings, seminars etc</li><li>Create leads &amp; identifying new potential clients/ opportunities for the company</li><li>Fully understand the IT Products, services &amp; solutions</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>ESSENTIALS / REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ IT/ Business/ Marketing</li><li>Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, or sales experience with strong marketing orientation</li><li>Experience in IT Hardware/ Software Solutions sales with strong Functional/Technical Knowledge</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English &amp; Arabic)</li><li>Tactful negotiations skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Effective presentation, implementation and follow-up skills</li><li>Must be very flexible and adaptable to changes</li><li>Must have Kuwait Driving License</li></ul><p></p></section>

<p>نظرة عامة على الوظيفة والشركة</p><p>نحن شركة رائدة في قطاع الإعلام والتسويق في الكويت، نبحث عن موظف/موظفة مبدع/ة ومسؤول/ة للانضمام إلى فريقنا كـ <strong>إعلانات وتصوير واستقبال</strong> بدوام كامل في محافظة الجهراء. يركز الدور على دعم الأنشطة الإعلانية والتصويرية والتفاعل مع الضيوف والعملاء بكفاءة واحترافية، مع فرص للنمو المهني وتطوير المهارات في بيئة عمل ديناميكية ومهنية.</p><p>المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية</p><ul><li>تنفيذ وتنظيم إجراءات الإعلانات والمواد الدعائية وفق سياسات الشركة والمعايير المقاسة للجودة.</li><li>إعداد وتنسيق جلسات التصوير والتوثيق للفعاليات والمشروعات والتعاون مع الفرق المعنية لضمان جودة المحتوى.</li><li>استقبال الزوار والعملاء والرد على الاستفسارات وتوجيههم إلى الأقسام ذات العلاقة بشكل لبق وفعال.</li><li>إدارة وتنظيم محاور العمل اليومية مثل جدولة المواعيد والتنسيق اللوجستي للفعاليات والتصوير.</li><li>التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج لتوفير المواد الإعلامية اللازمة وتحديثها باستمرار.</li><li>المساعدة في حفظ وأرشفة المواد التصويرية والإعلانية وفق أنظمة وسياسات الشركة.</li><li>المساهمة في تحسين تجربة العملاء وتقديم خدمات مميزة تعزز صورة الشركة والتواجد الإعلامي لها.</li></ul><p>المؤهلات والمتطلبات</p><ul><li>شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.</li><li>خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجالات الإعلانات، التصوير، وخدمات الاستقبال أو ما يماثلها.</li><li>إتقان اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة. مهارات أساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر إضافة.</li><li>معرفة عامة ببرامج التصوير والتعديل الأساسية والقدرة على العمل مع معدات التصوير عند الحاجة.</li><li>قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعامل مع الجمهور بشكل لبق ومهني في بيئة سريعة الحركة.</li><li>انتباه للتفاصيل، وتنظيم، ومرونة في التعامل مع مهام متعددة في آن واحد.</li></ul><p>المهارات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>مهارات تواصل قوية شفوية وكتابية.</li><li>قدر على التخطيط والتنظيم وإدارة الأولويات.</li><li>مهارة التعامل مع الجمهور وضبط النفس في مواقف متعددة.</li><li>إتقان مبادئ التصوير الأساسية وضبط الإعدادات وفق الحاجة.</li><li>القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت إشراف محدود.</li></ul><p>الفوائد والمزايا</p><ul><li>راتب تنافسي يتناسب مع الخبرة والمؤهلات.</li><li>تأمينات اجتماعية وامتيازات وظيفية شائعة في الكويت.</li><li>فرص تطوير مهني وتدريب داخلي وخارجي.</li><li>بيئة عمل داعمة ومحفزة تتسم بالاحترافية والالتزام بالجودة.</li></ul>
