The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for refinery process units, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level process engineering support for refinery operations. Monitor plant performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, reliability, and safety. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide immediate technical solutions. Support plant modifications, debottlenecking, and process optimization initiatives. Review and validate process design, simulation, and operational data. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to resolve process-related challenges. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
