Post graduate degree is preferred</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>You built deep functional knowledge of core supply chain principles, advanced inventory management theories, demand forecasting, warehousing optimization, and distribution network design</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>You built a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience within a management consulting firm or an internal corporate advisory/operational transformation team, steering high-impact initiatives with a specific focus on: logistics, cold chain management, storage topology optimization, deep familiarity with work streams such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), and/or alignment of customer-facing fulfillment workflows with broader commercial business strategies</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>You are experienced in utilizing structured supply chain and project management frameworks (e.g., SCOR, CPFR, Value Stream Mapping / Lean VSM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or traditional PM principles)</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>You built advanced "consultative selling", workshop facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex external stakeholder dynamics, lead cross-functional squads, and drive change.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>You have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and oral communication skills</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Advanced professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
